Well, coded hasn't been announced for the US or EU yet so that's most likely why it's no website for it yet.

Also, why would it get a website before it's been announced?

yeah, like JTD95 said, it is not official that coded will be released as a game, however, it will be released in some form that can be viewed in north america, and if it isn't released in Australia or Europe, it's almost evident that someone will post the video's on a site accessible to these two countries, like on youtube or here

Well seeing as they are redoing it as Recoded for NA, and there's a very high chance that it's being shown at E3, its possible they will mount a website for it afterward.

Its called possibility for a reason. No one is saying its going to happen. But it could. And it's been confirmed that its happening and E3 is soon so it's a pretty good chance.

Coded has been Confirmed for North America as Recoded. It will most likely also be released in Europe as well.

Nomoura is going to E3 to announce a new game this Month it probably will be Recoded. So there will probably be a Trailer there alongside the BBS one.

Well, Re:Coded has just been confirmed for the Nintendo DS platform, so I believe not too far from now there will possibly be a site created for it, but if you want to discuss the confirmed platform then you can talk about it here: http://kh13.com/mybb/showthread.php?tid=6698&page=1

Anyway, I am not sure if they will present something at E3 for it, but since Nomura will be announcing a new game, it could possibly be Re:Coded or another title to the series or something else.
