Once there are ps3/Xbox 360 emulators working properly ;)It will never release if it hasn't already. Unless they do a FF13 collection on ps4 or something, in which case it would be then.

Square Enix are always really lazy, so don't have high hopes for it. I remember there being a controversy about them never releasing BBS on the PSP's online store or something despite a desire for it. They might release it before Lightning Returns comes out in the NA/PAL regions in order to promote the game. Would be a nice PS+/Games with Gold addition.

That's factored up man.

I think it's because XIII's size isn't compressed like XIII-2,and trust me with all the cutscenes and the fact that the game has 3 discs on the 360.....the size is huge for a downloadable game Though I don't really care if it's released digitally or not but I'm gonna assume that the huge negative reaction it got might've played a role in that

Yeah they don't give a shit about negative feedback but XIII's backlash was huge that they might don't want more people to play it....but that's just my speculation I think it has to do with the fact that they didn't have the technology to compress the file of the game back when it was in development
