Serenity Power, I'm totally locked out of it. To get the Serenity Power you need to cast Stop on the Pink Agriacus and score a ton of hits before it wears off. The best way to do this is to unleash a full power Ragnarok, so obviously it can only be done in Deep Jungle as it only appears there and in Atlantica, and reaction commands don't work there. The problem with this is that both the call for help and reaction commands are mapped to the same button, and each of your allies hits actually reduces ​the total number of hits counted. There is a trick you can use to get them stuck behind a wall by Summoning Bambi, but the wall trick doesn't seem to work if you fought Sabor in the Tree House a second time, which you can do after Clayton tries to shoot Terk there. This makes a hole in the floor of the tree house right where the Pink Agriacus spawns, causing it to fall to the netting below. I did this and now the wall trick doesn't work for me. Without Serenity Power, I'll never be able to get Ultima Weapon!

Man, so sorry! Did you try using Ragnorok several times, but calling for help anyways? Maybe if you hit it enough times, it'll compensate!

By the way, had no idea about this hole in the floor thing. Will avoid that in the next games. And also, I f**king hate this calling for help. It's not useful, and it really gets in the way with the Pink Agaricus... They could have made a option to turn it off -_-

Unfortunately I only have Stopra, which only gives me enough time to use it once and I'm not strong enough to take on Phantom yet.

From what  I hear, level of Stop doesn't matter, but it matters how much MP you have. So try to boost your MP as much as physically possible before you try it. 

More MP = more time stopped.

Ah in the video I saw the floor was intact, so I that it wasn't working because of the hole

100 hits is not impossible. It is very, very hard, because this wasn't even done on purpose. You will need to trick the AI AND time all you ragnaroks perfectly. You would need enough MP to get 3 full power Ragnaroks in there before time runs out to do it.

 

Another thing that works for me is that I lock onto the barrel, and throw it as far as possible (Without it being to far to lock onto) then hit triangle so that D&G go and attack it.

 

Now, without taking your eyes off of where the barrel is (doesn't matter if you can't actually see it, just look in the direction it should be. If you take your view off of it, D&G will spawn next to you when you hit triangle. I find setting camera to manual helps) lock onto the Pink Agaricus, cast aeroga (for more hits), cast stop and immediatly fire off a ragnarok. Get a few hits in between ragnaroks, because it has a cooldown time, and you won't be able to use it again immediately. Try to get 3 ragnaroks in.

Just level up and get more MP. The thing here is to use Ragnarok a lot of times. I'm not sure about the Stop spell though. For some things, it really doesn't matter which spell you use, I'm not sure if the Pink Agaricus is one of them...

I think you can get 99 at most, the 100 tech you get at the end is if you achieve the highest number. Something like that  

Are your party members attacking it? Because it seems that it decreases the total number.

I found Ultima easy, just time consuming.
