During an interview with Kurokawa Juku in Japan,Shuhei Yoshida(the president of Sony Computer Entertainment) was asked about the Wii U and he replied with

 

 

“The latest Mario game is really good, too. I think the Wii U is just getting started.”

“People can get together and enjoy [the Wii U], it’s got plenty of wonderful games. Nintendo helps raise and teaches the fun of games to people just starting out. I think that’s a very important thing in this industry.”

Previously,Yoshida stated that he owns two Wii U's in his house

Before you ask:I have a Ps1,Ps2,Ps3,PSP in my house currently and I enjoy all of them especially my PSP....so don't accuse me of being a fanboy of a certain side.

Love it Metal Snake !  I don't favor certain consoles but buy the ones who support the games I love to play period . I'm glad to see competitors acknowledging each others work! I love the new Mario !! It's the best out yet IMHO .

Nintendo could give up on making consoles and release their games on PlayStation anyway. I hope. Or maybe not. Anyway it would make my life easier.

I'm glad at least he's not bashing on Nintendo. Sure there has to be competition, but who said one can't like another company's products? 

Lately it seems that the Big 3 console developers have been rather nice to each other. With all of them congratulating each other on major releases, talking about their favorite games on the other consoles etc. 

 

Hopefully this will calm the stupid console war bullcrap that's gone on too long.
