Keimei looked around at the crowd in the center plaza of the Starting Town. "Why was I just taken here...?" She asked aloud. She'd only been playing for a couple hours, and had decided to get into the combat system before finding anyone to team up with. She looked around the crowd, noticing a lot of other people were also teleporting there. Suddenly, the sky above her turned blood red. A cloaked figure appeared over the square, and hovered there.

 

"Hello everyone, and welcome to SAO." A voice boomed over the crowd. "You're likely wondering who I am... My true identity will remain secret. However, I will tell you this; I have hacked into SAO. Some of you may have noticed that there isn't a log-out button... That's because I've removed the option to log out. I've trapped you all in the game..." He paused, as the crowd was dead silent. He eventually continued. "Why have I done this? Simple. I've wanted a world of my liking. In this world, I've surpassed even the game's creator, Kayaba Akihiko. Here, I control you all... Unless, of course, you can clear all 100 floors. However, that's impossible..." He cackled. "Also, to warn you... If you die in the world of SAO, the NerveGear will fry your brain in the real world, killing you in both. If anyone attempts to remove your NerveGear, you will also die. Now then, before I leave, I have a gift for you..." Suddenly, a mirror appeared in Keimei's inventory. She used it, out of curiosity. There was a sudden flash of light, and she shut her eyes...

 

When she opened her eyes, she felt different. She looked into the mirror... That's... my real face in the mirror... She looked in horror. Aside from her hair color, which was the same shade of red that she'd made it in-game, she looked exactly like she did in real life.

 

"Now then... With this, I must leave. Good luck in Aincrad... You'll need it." A maniacal laughter echoed along the buildings, as the figure disappeared.

 

After the echoes, there was silence. After what felt like ages, people began rioting. "We're doomed!" "I can't be trapped in the game, I've got a meeting in an hour!" "That had to all be some sick joke!" Keimei looked around in confusion. She didn't know what to do. She looked around frantically.

 

I have to get out... The only way to do that is to fight, and I'll need partners... Man, I really wish my friends had been able to get the game so I wouldn't be alone in this. She dashed through town, weaving her way through the crowd and into the streets. She tried to look around for someone, anyone who was also rushing to go fight.

"Its overpowered DLC if so. My DLC doesn't kick in for a few more floors due to overpowered." Aether replied. "We'll have to take Ray down first, if it all hits the fan."

 

Wolf glanced at Aether.

 

"You have a DLC, too?" Wolf smiled at her. "That's cool."

"That won't be easy. If we had a Beast Tamer in our group, it would be easy to do that, as we could have the two fight it out, but as we don't, and it can fly, we are in for some trouble, especially if it is Hollow Death that we're dealing with..." He replied, then hearing Vash's question

 

"So what is your DLC anyway?" Vash asked.

"Good question, now that you bring it up, I just got paladin armor good for the first floor, what on earth did you get?" He asked.

"Uh...the Blades of Raziel, available through a quest on floor six." Aether said.

"You could afford that? I could barely afford my armor..." He said, the group finally making it into the town. "If I recall, those blades are worth a pretty penny..."

"I work. I splurged. No i wont tell you where I work." Aether said.

Wolf blinked.

 

"The Blades of Raziel? Wow." She muttered then grinned at Aether. "That's awesome!"

"Where's the inn?" Kei asked as soon as they arrived at the town. She'd barely gotten any sleep the first night, and wanted to manage to get some in before going off to fight again. She looked around the town, noticing it was fairly larger than the last town. She noticed a few markets and buildings.

Aether blushed. "Thanks." She said. "Maybe I can let you use them a bit."

"Where's the inn?" Kei asked as soon as they arrived at the town. She'd barely gotten any sleep the first night, and wanted to manage to get some in before going off to fight again. She looked around the town, noticing it was fairly larger than the last town. She noticed a few markets and buildings.

"The inn is to the right of us, a little down..." Abisk said, looking at the restaurant off to the left. "But I'm starving and tired, I say we should go get something to eat and rest for a minute before we get to the inn, unless everyone wants to sleep now...?" He asked, looking at the group.

"Where's the inn?" Kei asked as soon as they arrived at the town. She'd barely gotten any sleep the first night, and wanted to manage to get some in before going off to fight again. Aether blushed. "Thanks." She said. "Maybe I can let you use them a bit."

 

 

Wolf grinned at Aether

 

"Thanks!" She said then looked at Kei.

 

"Oh yeah..." Wolf muttered. Exhaustion suddenly came over her. She hadn't rested for at least two days now. She put her swords away and looked around.

 

"Hmm... I haven't eaten anything for a while... So I'm gonna go eat." Wolf said and walked off towards the restaurant, yawning.

Aether followed Wold.

Wolf looked at Aether.

 

"Hey, Aether? After we eat and get some rest, you wanna spar?" Wolf grinned. "I wanna see how strong you are! 'Cause you look pretty powerful!"

"Alright!" Wolf shouted energetically as they reached the restaurant.

"Mmm.. well finally." black said as they entered the town, Abisk suggested that they could eat before find a place to sleep. The town was called Niilh...at the side of the mountains it was a nice place with a certainly calm aura. Black tried to picture the view as they entered the place, the streets were not populated as Starting city or the previous town, but it was still very warm... for a city made of data... of course. "Well I am also hungry... I´ll go with you!" Black said as he followed them. 

Vash walked with them to the restaurant. "Yes! Im starving. Lets order."

Ryonne activated a sword skill to start his switch. It was a clean, quick downward slash, which cleaved the goblin in half from head-to-toe. Ryonne ducked under an incoming strike from his right, came up, and lunged into the hobgoblin. He ripped the blade out violently, and sliced it again diagonally. The enemy disappeared in a flurry of crystals. Ryonne stepped back, and brushed a hair from his eye. "Switch." His tone was calm. He glanced at his health bar, and found it still green, practically full. He had gotten really lucky so far, especially with that ambush. He also spotted his EXP bar. Almost to eleven, the cap for the floor. That was good.

Wolf walked inside of the restaurant and sat down at a table, her tiredness turning into energy, making her hyper.

 

"Ughhh! If they have ramen, I must have it!" She said, suddenly full of energy, strangely enough.

Abisk followed the group, hunger in his eyes as he took a seat in one of the tables, the NPC's handed out menus to everyone. Pondering the menu for a moment, he wondered who would sit by him.

Kei took a seat next to Abisk. He's my combat partner, I might as well get to know him better... Of course, we know each other pretty well already... She thought. "You don't mind if I sit here, do you?" She asked Abisk, hoping he'd be okay with that.

Lock sat down in the seat across from Abisk, and picked up a menu. "Hey Abisk, thanks for leading us through those mountains. Not sure what we would've done without you."

Wolf looked at Abisk, Kei and Lock who were a few tables away.

 

"Hmmm..." Wolf yawned and looked at her menu, scanning it for the one thing she wanted. Ramen. Once she found it, a NPC walked over to her.

 

"Ramen with bread, cream, and water please" Wolf said.

Elyna slowly started to wake up "W-What happened?" said Elyna as she sat up off the ground. Elyna went to put her hand on her cheek but felt a hard steel thing on her face "Wha! Oh..it's just that white claw mask I had in my inventory.When did I equip this on?" said Elyna a bit confused with Ray still coiled around her body.

Aether looked around...and then sat beside Wolf.

"Beef stew." She ordered, then looked to Wolf.

"Hi..."
