I exactly like Chenaught for that reason...I love Bowser

In fact my Chespin will be named Bowser once I get one

I like Chesnaught.

Celebi! <3

Also judging by a certain Pokemon's HP, eww... Doesn't look 100 base stat Pokemon, but one with horrible HP. I hope he screwed up that Pokemon's HP by accident.

On a different subject, something that bothers me is the fact that, despite the fact that Flabebe and its evolutions are clearly associated with the Grass-type, and approximately half of their moves that they learn through level-up are Grass-type moves, none of them are partially Grass-type. Why is that? It would make plenty of sense to me if they were partially Grass-type Pokémon, and they would receive a same-type-attack-bonus for their Grass-type moves as a result.

I too asked myself the same question since Flabebe is clearly a flower

But,then again,Grass type is weak to ice, fire, poison and flying types which would add more weaknesses to it's already existing Poison and Steel weaknesses

which would also result into them being 4x weaker to poisn

Chesnaught has a quadrupled weakness to Flying-type moves, but you do not seem to have a problem with that.

Because Chesnaught won't be weak to steel type.

I was just saying....maybe they'll make Flabebe into FairyGrass in Gen 7

Nooo, I want the Flabebe line to *STAY* pure fairy. xD It makes them special lol

I think it woulda been awesome if Liligant became part fairy, though. Woulda been sooo broken. xD

Even more awesome now cuz I think Liligant is kinda becoming my favorite pokemon currently....I just saw some youtube tributes of her and awwwww. Liligant and Petilil have gotta be the cutest grass type pokemon i've seen in my life... :P

Having them pure Fairy doesn't necessarily mean they are special if there are nearly 8 other pure Fairy Types.

There is already a Grass/Fairy Type anyways, Whimsicott.

Not going to be surprised if my favorite grass type ends up not being fairy. GF tends to make no sense sometimes, like that flower fairy Flabebe. It screams out "I'm fairy/grass!" (It literally fuses with its flower) There's also Whimscott that got Fairy typing added. Why not Petilil? Oh well, she would have done so nicely with a Fairy addition, even if Poison nukes her.

I do not think that Fairy-type Pokémon should be immune to Dragon-type moves. Resistance would be understandable, but not immunity. It does not even make sense when one compares an immunity like that to the immunity that Flying-types have against Ground-type moves, as an example. If they were not immune to Dragon-type moves, nobody would think that they are special.

I think the reason they're immune because in general Dragon Type was and kinda still overpowered even now.Garchomp can easily wreck an entire team with just Stone edge,Earthquake after a Sword Dance even if it can't get an outrage on a fairy type

The immunity also makes the fairy type special instead of being there just to be new

for a long time Dragon were only weak to themselves and Ice and those two weren't common that much unless you have Ice Beam

Almost all Water-types can learn Ice Beam, and many Pokémon can learn at least one Dragon-type move. Garchomp is extremely weak to Ice-type moves, not Fairy-type moves.

I know I know dude

I'm just saying.

But Garchomp can almost outspeed most of Water types, and if you give it a Focus Sash it can survive long enough to wreck at least half of your team

Also ice is one of those "unloved" types. Sure gen 6 gave Obamasnow a mega evolution, but the weather nerf isn't helping it+still not enough viable ice types or ice types to abuse it, not counting VGC. (At least there ice is very good due to Blizzard spam) Besides Mamoswine, Kyurem forms, etc. Most end up being outclassed by other types, that's how bad ice types are. Stealth Rocks doesn't help either.

This coming from a Froslass user. Which is I begged she got a mega evo to be a epic spikes user or something, because every gen is making it harder for her to do her job+predictable at best. (No new toys >_>) That's only one example.

Snorunt and Abomasnow, along with Exeggute, Exeggutor and Celebi, have the most weaknesses out of any Pokémon. Unless Abomasnow receives some kind of ability that gives it a resistance to super-effective attacks, it might as well be deemed unusable.

It's not much the weaknesses, but their jobs. Celebi has a lot it can go for, from a sweeper, to nuking with Leaf Storm, and most notable supporting the team. Her movepool is decent as well. As for Exeguttor, it's outclassed by other grass types, and it's stabs aren't going to phaze steel types anytime soon. (Celebi has Earth Power)

Abomasnow has also access to nifty stuff. Although yeah, the weakness is what makes it a difficult Pokemon to switch in, especially when it wants to bring in hail just to get OHKO'ed by a super effective move. (While other weather inducers have bulk)

On a different subject, I have almost finished Pokémon X. All I need to do is "grind" until all of my party members reach level seventy. I am disappointed that the game went by so quickly, so would buying the other version be a good idea?

went by as fast as other games to me. Sad thing there's so little post game tho.... Speaking from myself, I would buy another version just to shit around and do dumb wonder trade nuzlocke runs. With my first one where my competitive pokemon are.
