You awake for the first time. You try to recall what has brought you here, but nothing comes to mind. You see others around you, also waking up for the first time. Confused, you sit up as a voice echoes all around you.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Boys and Girls,

Welcome to the Amnesia Games!

You have been allowed to remember three things

Your name

Your goal in life

And your skills in combat

And some of you don't even have one of those!

I have brought you here

From all over the omniverse

You each have an interesting story

But none of you know it

Because I have taken your memories

And the only way to get them back

Is to play my little game

So have fun

I'll be in touch

And the voice goes silent.

Mission 1: Interact with each other! Find out everybody else's name. One memory will go to each group at the end of the mission.

Renton 'Ren' Kisaragi, Neena Mors, Switch, and Noah Himitsu awake in a dense forest.

Walter Evergreen, Joshua Akira, Dom Locke, and Bronshu Wes awake near a bubbling spring in a flower meadow.

Morgan Etiam Vinctum, Mes Orem, Wolf, and Rexon Wrexx awake in a desert, sand blowing and sun shining.

Sylar awakes at a snow-covered mountaintop, all alone.

Harry summoned his keyblade back to him. "NO ONE TAKES MY KEYBLADE!!!!!! AND NO ONE HURTS A LADY!!!!!!! NOT EVEN IF THAT LADY IS A NEXUS!!!!! ANNISTHA GIVE ME STRENGTH!!!!!!!!" Harry screamed out as he was engulfed in a bright light and rushed straight through Isaac with a powerful force of light.

(Only missing the music there Yuffie >:))

Bronshu was hopping at a steady pace.  Whistling with each landing, he thinks:  I'm going pretty well here.  Should be able to catch up and then some.  While suspended in midair, Bronshu spots something glinting east of the path.  He thinks:  Huh?  What's that? and starts heading in that direction.  Landing down, he searches around the ground as carefully as he could.  He gets on his knees to better search for the shining thing.  In a small flower patch, he gets blinded by the glitter he saw before.  Covering his eyes for a second, he reaches in with his right hand.  Feeling a sharp object, he pulls it out and realizes it's a blade.  Examining it, Bronshu thinks:  A blade?  What's this doing here?  Hold on.  This has to be one of the sword pieces!  Sweet, I found one!  Bronshu puts and holds the piece in his left hand, resuming his gravity jumps to the mountain.

Finishing off one last chimera, Rexon moves his shoulders around.  Sighing, he thinks:  Man, even with all the fruit I ate, I don't have a lot of energy.  That's a major drawback from not getting enough sleep.  Shaking his head, he turns left, seeing Harry and Morgan fighting a new enemy.  Throwing his arms down, Rex mumbles:  "Great, a new bad guy.  Well Rex, at least you get to help fight someone this time."  Sighing, he starts dashing to the battle going on.

(All participants, read this next paragraph!)"Not at all." Sylar said, gesturing to the chair to the right of the couch he was laying down on. As Blank sat down, Sylar then gestured back to the TV. At the moment it was showing Isaac's assault on the desert group. With his telekinesis manning the remote, Sylar changed the view to that of the meadow group on foot, making their way towards where Brooklyn had flown off on his glider. Another point of view switch to the forest group, which was nearing a small abandoned city, half the buildings in ruin, and no sign of life. One more switch to Brooklyn and company rapidly approaching a large mansion. At this last bit, Sylar glanced back to Blank. "That's my... fun house." His grin was enough to strike fear into the most composed warriors. Then the view was once again switched to the attack on the desert nomads. That was after all, the most exciting one.~~~~~~~~~~~Mes was launching balls of flame all over the place trying to cover her friends from the chimeras as Harry continued to assault the perverted, insane scientist. As she attempted to shoot off some of the ones assaulting Morgan, another lion-elephant ran her down. She was sent flying down a dune, in the general direction Derik had just started walking in. The splash of sand drew Derik's eyes for just a moment, but in that instant, Mes' almond violet eyes turned big and dark. Her features became less prominent, and her hair turned a deep brown. Derik saw the face of a baby in pain, one startlingly similar to himself in Mes, if only for an instant. A baby... one that seemed to share some characteristics with himself. Derik thought back to his wedding band. One conclusion could be drawn. Then the illusion was broken. Mes returned to normal, and charged straight back into battle, but could his vision affect his decision to leave? A young child... Derik surely knew what he had to do. He must protect those that needed him. Or did he? He could just walk off... hunt for his lost wife. What will he do?(Find out next time on Dragon Ball Z!)~~~~~~~~~~~~Ryonne nodded to Dom, and gestured towards where Brooklyn had flown away. "Then let's go." Bronshu and Kelly had already started on their way. Ryonne took off at half speed, not intending to leave his charges behind in the dust. As Dom followed him in a full on sprint, they managed to catch up to Kelly and Bronshu as they followed Walter's ambulance toward the camp that Brooklyn would likely set up if he found a structure or a similar position. While they ran, the glint of metal caught Bronshu's eye. If he stepped just a tad off the path, he might find that the blade of the sword was hidden in a small patch of flowers.~~~~~~~~~~~~Neena nodded to Switch's response, trudging onwards. Rija followed only a few steps behind. Finally, they stepped through the last grove of trees, and were met with quite the sight. An abandoned city, overgrown and deserted, most buildings falling into states of extreme disrepair.

Brooklyn looked at the mansion. "Not a good spot, enclosed spaces that can be made impossible to escape and likely a trap: you don't just see random mansions appear out of what seems to be your average forest..." He thought. "It would be best we don't enter it, for survival reasons, naturally, unless we require more supplies or another member is taken we should avoid the interior." He concluded in his head, landing on the area right outside of the mansion entrance(if it has a gate he landed outside the gate, if there is no gate carry on.) And waited for Ryonne's group.

--Wolf--

'Well then' I then reloaded my other axe and began to take out more of the chimeras. I would have to hold back the horde as the others took care of this scientist guy… I didn't think long range would do any good with fighting this guy so I held back. It just seemed like a endless stream of chimeras. Kicking some of them to stun them, then flipping my axe to shoot their heads off… 'There's just no end to them...'

Dom followed Ryonna after the others, finally catching up with them. She walked up beside Brooklyn, studying the castle.

"Oh, that doesn't look suspicious." She commented.

She saw something fluttering in the breeze near the castle gate. It looked like a piece of paper. She felt...excited? Apprehensive?

Saying nothing, she went towards the castle to get a better look at the paper.

Back on the path, Bronshu was still jumping his way to the mountain.  He was a little excited for finding one of the sword pieces a little while ago.  He wondered if he'd get a memory once all three are together, or if something else would happen.  Before thinking on it, Bronshu sees the group in front of some sort of castle or mansion while air-born.  Hopping his way over, he land on his left knee.  Getting up, he asks:  "Hey guys.  How come everyone stopped here?  Shouldn't we be moving to the mountain?"

"Hmm? Oh yeah. She conducted a hit-and-run. Stabbed Walter after pretending to be Joshua. I've no idea where she is now though." Sylar replied to Blank, continuing to watch as Isaac dominated the desert group.

~~~~~~~
Mes sliced a chimera in half, kicking the two halves away from each other, and continued running towards Isaac. Now nearby, she jumped onto Morgan's shoulders, using them as a springboard to flip over the psycho. She landed behind him, twirling around to stab him with a flame-charged keyblade. She ripped One Winged Angel back to her, slashing at his legs, using the momentum to twist up to an upright position, slashing at his body the whole way up, before tossing a ball of flames at him.
~~~~~~~

Ryonne was standing next to Brooklyn. "Great." He said, observing the mansion. "You were right to not go inside..." He muttered. Surprisingly, the manor was kept up, not in disrepair, or anything like that. There was even a few flower pots holding seven flowers, each a different kind. Ryonne turned back to the parked glider, and unloaded a basket of food. At the bottom were a few medical supplies. Medicine, bandages, antibiotics, anesthesia. Good stuff to have along in case their healers were drained. Ryonne spoke up again. "Walter, could you come over here? I have some medicine I'd like you to take. Then we should let you get some rest while we get camp set up." He concluded, grabbing a bedroll, and shaking a few pills out from a bottle.

~~~~~~~
Neena nodded at Noah's response. "You're right. Let's go down there, and set up a secure perimeter before the sun goes down. Was it just her, or were the days shorter in this world? Maybe they just seemed that way because they were really stressful. Neena began walking down the hill, not saying another word. Rija glanced back to the other people in the group, and shrugged, like, 'She's right, what can you do?' kind of gesture. Rija began to follow.
Brooklyn looked at the gates. "Of course. Would I have crashed through the front door, guns a blaze?" He asked rhetoricly, staring at the building. "I don't like this. We still have some time, I say we should see about moving a little father ahead, and past this mansion." He said, looking to Ryonne. "Your thoughts?"(Just kinda realized, Ryonne to Brooklyn is Crom to the male Avatar in FE:A, in a sort of sense.)Derik pondered on the vision he saw. "It's... Odd. It envokes an emotion of, for lack of a better word, familiarity of some kind for me. I don't know. After seeing that, feeling that, part of me tells me to move back, but at the same time... If they perish, then my being there won't change a thing. They have super powers, and if they can't beat this foe with them, then my strength won't really help. Logically, my best move would thus be to keep moving to the goal. If they're dead and distracting the muscle of this enemy, I can move on and not worry about them. If I allow emotional attachments to form, no matter what I see or hear, I would be in more pain and suffer more defeat from that of not traveling with them. My conscience tells me to fight with them, even if I really can't make a difference in this one, then all I can do is move forward and survive as best I can without them. Sorry, you all." He thought, continuing to move on. He rushed. "I'm truly sorry..." He thought. "But I can't die here, and fighting the fight there is a loosing battle, and I need to live." He thought. "I might regret this in the future, should they survive, they may wish to kill me for abandoning them, but this is for her best intrests..." He ran fast, guilt built up in his lounges instead of air, he couldn't feel the oxygen enter his lounges, yet it didn't actually feed his need for air as he ran. He choked on the distaste of this, and wished to turn back, but he refused, running as fast as his feet could carry him.
Dom's optical eye patch focused on the floating piece of paper as she moved closer to the castle. The closer she got, the more she could tell that the paper was in tatters. She had to run a bit to be able to catch it, to have it practically disintegrate in her hands, but she managed to read two words before it was gone.
Mistress Locke... it had said.
Puzzled and feeling like something more should happen, Dom went back to the group. She found Ryonna setting up camp and pitched in.
Joshua unloaded a few baskets of food himself. Though, he reached to the bottom of the basket containing sweets, taking a blueberry-flavored lolipop, mostly out of a craving for sweetness. When he finished, he went over to Ryonne and Walter, just wanting to stay near him after what happened."We should rest and get up early then. We didn't make all too much progress today, but we at least found a distinct site." Noah agreed. It seemed his group was more comptetent than he perceived when first meeting the group. It was a good thing, of course, and he may even begin to get along with them a bit more so with this in mind.Morgan reversed herself after Mes' action, slashing at another incoming chimera. She grunted of angst, but Mes was young and light, a bit luckily. Nothing of fire seemed to really affect Isaac, strangely, and neither did the blade. He had cuts, though, bleeding, but none of them were as deep as they should have been. "So...feisty," He whispered, grabbing Mes from behind. He wrapped his arms over hers and pulled her to his chest, scalpel in hand.
Harry pointed his keyblade at Isaac. "LET (IT) GO OF HER!!!!!!" Harry screamed out. He wanted to kill Isaac right here and now, but he couldn't chance hurting Mes in the process. "She is not yours to mess with!" Harry said. He then threw his keyblade and had it direct itself into attacking Isaac in the back. Three figures then appeared next to Harry. "Power of the Nexus! Overload!!!!!" Harry screamed out as the keyblade made three copies of itself as they attacked Isaac.
"I see... I wonder what plans she has up her sleeve." Blank said, as he began fixing his leg. It was a fairly minor wound, and wouldn't take long to heal. Meanwhile, he glanced at the TV screen to see Isaak toying with a little girl. For some reason, this bothered him. Isaak was supposed to challenge the competitors, not torment them for his own bizarre pleasure.
Robert frowned. He wanted to get out of here as soon as possible, but it was getting dark, and everyone else it seemed wanted to stay. "All right," he said, "but if we're going to rest here, we should do so somewhere defensible. Perhaps one of the buildings?"
Auron got up after the attack... he was still hurt in the arm, but still he managed to see the rest fighting. "Looks like... they need help..." Auron replied while walking at them, bus another one appeared near, "Get out of my way!" Auron shouted as he launched a pixeled comet at it, blasting off. Auron fell to his knees, the pain was huge, but he was still alive so he has to fight, It was the only way to get back. However when he saw at the mountain direction he noticed someone familiar running... runing away (Derik). "So... you really are a coward jerk huh? Fine... Ngrr..." He forced himself to get up, and then running at the rest of his team direction, where they confronted Isaac. When he was close enough he saw Harry make a 3 duplicates of him, attacking the enemy. "I.. I´ll help!" Auron shouted as he launched a buch of pixeled lightnings at Isaac´s direction, hoping that none would hit Mes.
(Heh, one of those Keyblades was lent reluctantly)
Rexon was on his way to the fight against Isaac when several more chimera showed in front of him.  Annoyed, Rex shouts:  "Out of my way!"  and charges on.  He thrusts through three dog things, stabs upward of a tall ones' head, throws his keyblade at four, sweeps and kick drops on one more.
Walter looked at the scared Joshua. "If you want, you can stay with me... I need someone to take care of my injuries...make sure I don't hurt myself..." He pet his head. "Plus, we're brothers..."
(@Crona Yeah, that AvatarxChrom thing seems to be totally spot-on. Also, Derik just completely changed the game. Likely in a bad way.)
Mes squirmed under Isaac's grasp. She lit herself on fire. She stamped on his foot. Anything. But to no avail. Isaac was crazy strong. Then she had an idea. She managed to get her hand out, and summoned her keyblade to her hand. She threw it, skimming right past Isaac's head. It may look like a miss to any normal person. But Mes knew what would happen. Just as the scalpel touched her skin, Isaac was hit in the back by a rather large vehicle. It ran him over, and Mes was able to escape his hold and hop back onto her glider. She looked down at the crazed scientist, and called out. "Hit him with all you guys have!"
Ryonne placed a few pills in Walter's hand, before looking back to Brooklyn. "It's getting dark, and I have a bad feeling about this mansion. We should wait until morning before we all move, but if you wish, we can send a small scouting party forward before nightfall, as long as they get back before it's too late. That's my plan so far. Have any input?" Ryonne said, continuing to look over the mansion. Gothic architecture, approximately four stories, no lights. Odd that a structure like this one be in the middle of everything, but what wasn't odd in this game?
~~~~~~~~

Neena entered a warehouse. It was large, dark, and empty. Perplexed as to how they should light up the building, Neena continued into the middle of the warehouse. Rija followed, but stopped at the doorway. She searched for a switch, and flicked it, lighting up the whole area. "Enough light for ya?" The soldier teased slightly. Neena didn't respond, but rather continued to look over the building. "Large area. Empty. Only two entrances. This place is easily defensible. I say we camp here." The assassin said. Rija shrugged, but pulled out her mobile packing device, and tossed it into the middle of the warehouse. The food and bedrolls reappeared on the cold floor.

I reloaded, this being my 3 round of bullets. I began to to stand in one spot to let the chimeras to come to me. I had been given some gashes here and there, including some cuts. Then I listened to Mes's command, sighing as I knew the consequences of calling in my pack. However I obeyed to command. I howled for my pack as I see 6 of them running pass me and going at the scientist. I instantly became blinded in my left eye, making me unable to shoot with my axes… So I kicked up one of the chimera's corpses and kicked it again but towards the scientist.

--Switch--

I nodded, although knowing that my opinion probably didn't matter. I put my bow back around my back and looked at the warehouse. Looking for any traps or any areas with hidden things...

(And this, my friends, is called the return. Did you really think I'd have Derik abandon you all? Especially with his moral code?)"Goddamn my conscience!" Derik thought, landing on the mad scientist at top speed, his buster sword in electric mode and stabbing the enemy in his chest. Derik, wether for better or for worse, had made a return. "And since I'm at it!" He thought, jamming three of the neurotoxin-laced pics into the guy's back, pulling out a few more, he glared at the number of chimeras and let out a threatening, roar-like command: "Vanish!" He yelled. It sounded almost like the yell of a beast of death, which Derik was, more or less."My fear would be creatures coming out of the castle door, or enemy's of any kind obviously." Brooklyn said. "And we don't know who will vanish tonight, very well could be you again, me, or any of the others, and thus we can't be sure of who to send. We don't know who they will take, or when. I think that if anyone should do something about this as of now, it would have to be I who stays up all night keeping up a magic barrier. Moving might be unprofitable unless we just fly around two kilometers out on my glider, which is possible, just not comfortable for those who have to sit on the outside." He added. "My conclusion is this: one of us must stay up during the night and guard, and one must stay up with him or her to ensure we have suffecient guard, barricade that frontal door and melt the gate to the front afterward so that it stays shut, unless we find this position to be absolutely unfavorable, which means I would have to carry you all due to the maximum speed I can acheve in the vehicle being great enough to get us to where we are going. We would have to camp on the path and keep watch, but the chances of danger drop dramatically. Your choice."

Walter raised his hand. "I'll do it..." He smiled. "That accident had kept me well rested!" He also hand not truly slept after his first memory. "I can create security gear as well, so I'm more equipped!"

(I'm hoping schemer takes the idea...)

(Considering from what I remember in Echoes and Ash, I didn't think so.)

Slashing through another chimera, Rexon rests his keyblade on his right shoulder.  He starts breathing a little faster, probably getting tired.  He then sees Derik coming and attacking the enemy.  Chuckling, Rex thinks:  Seems like someone changed his mind.  Hearing Mes, Rex moves his hands, summoning 7 orbs that hovered around Isaac.  Crashing his hands down, Rex says:  "Blazing Maelstrom!", and streams of blue fire come from the orbs, showering over Isaac.

(Hey, he never left a man behind and he fought his own battles, he never wanted anyone to die, and recall that he kinda was acting most of the way through and was pretty good about finishing fights without killing someone... Ferro on the other hand...)

Derik jumped back upon the attack from Rexon, avoiding his shot.

(@Crona  Oh yeah, that's right.)

(Even with your person, this guy isn't easily killed. Mes is barely damaging it, so it barely matters anyway.)
