I need help

oh okay the ruler of the sky is easy but its just a long fight

the ruler flies continuously at first, causeing iceberg columns to shoot up from the water's surface in its wake. it also releases slow fliying orbs that are easy to avoid by flying off to the left or right. catch up to the ruler and attack the last segment of its tail. the best time to do this occurs when the creature is turning; strike the tail segment repeatedly to destroy it. when a tail segment is destroyed, the ruler becomes enraged. pulling back, the ruler begins to swoop back and forth, trying to hit roxas. if you fall to low to the water's surface before its swoop, it releases an array of frost orbs as it flies past. these r hard to avoid , so stay airborne. as it swoops in, fly to the left or rite out of its path. press y or b to fly higher or lower, above or belw its wing line. after diving at u a half dozen times, the ruler plunges into the ocean. during this time, desend to the oceans surface and double tap the R button occasionally to lock on to the ruler wen it surfaces. dodge the coins he shoots by fling around. repeat.

have you tried hitting it with that key thingy?

you know, the funny thing is, is if you get hit by the coins, you get munny

ok just corner him but also keep some fire on you two thats what i had and it was a short fight

when itss flinging the coins get way low to the water then while its still blasting coins not at u hit it !!!but save magic to attack the heart.

I used the rage gear since it's good with arial attacks and brought all the fire magic that I could bring,since fire magic chases its target.I also tried to fly around it,that way I could be infront of it and attack it instead of chasing it all around.

I used the strongest gear I could afford at the time and I just kept attacking its tail. When you broke a part of the tail off, I flew as far away from him as possible, checking the bottom screen so I knew where he was. Once the tail is gone and he starts to shoot those coins at you, go underneath him until he tires out. He reveals a weak spot on his chest and that's when you attack and attack hard.

 

Took me awhile to beat the dude but I did it. Hope this helps
