Steam is worthless and it hates me!

I tried to get a Tool named ' Creation Kit', but it was nowhere to be found on, even with Skyrim connected to it. 

 

I managed to download a Winrar of Creation Kit, but it crashes everytime I open it. I really hate my life.

You don't have access to the creation kit because you don't own Skyrim on Steam. 7.50€ from a Steam sale can't be that bad price to pay even if you already own it on PS3.

Who doesn't downlaod stuff with the Winrar? I did alot when I used to get mods for The Sims 2.

Winrar isn't used to get free stuff, it's used to compress data. Example, 2 gigabytes of separate files could be condensed to about 900MB with WinRAR

Winrar is alot used in order to extract big files.... -.-'
