Lagoona. A world were all lands were together till the war of the goddesses. The entire land was split apart becoming islands cause by the archangel of the earth, and the earth demon. The oceans were formed by the archangel of water, and the water demon. Volcanos erupted that are cause by the archangel of fire, and the fire demon. The sky flash with lightning, and high winds cause by the archangel of wind, and the wind demon. The goddess of darkness Yanoto try to consume all life into the dark realm till Athane the goddess of light prevail begin light to the world, and sealing the goddess of darkness into the dark realm. The story was told through out generations till it became legend. Two thousand years went by, and the light was beginning to fade. The archangels has disappear, and the light goddess has been sealed within a crystal as the seal in the dark realm is beginning to weaken.

Only the warriors of light could bring the light back into the world of Lagoona.

The World of Lagoona

Catelia Isle: A peaceful Island were the villagers of Aura Village pray and worship Athane the goddess of Light. The woodcutter/woodcarver Cid Delinisa makes furniture and wooden shields for the people of the village and other continents for shipping. Deep within the Aura forest is the lost temple of Athane were her blade resides and sleeps till the offspring of Athane awakens the blade.

Infernia: The island of fire were the steampunk city of fire is located. fire,charcoal and steam powers up the city day and night. The source of the fire and charcoal is in Mount Inferno were the crystal of fire is sealed in protected by the fire demon who would burn the warriors of light into ashes.

Aquatopia: The underwater kingdom hidden from human eyes. The kingdom uses dams and water generators to power up the kingdom with water. The king and his daughter the princess protects the Aqua Ruins that is sealed by the Aquatic guardians that only there descendants could unlock.The crystal of water is sealed within the ruins while protected by the water demon. The kingdom is within a giant air shield. To go into the aqua ruins you must have a air bubble so that you won't drown.

Terrainia: The desert plains. Many people died from heat,exhaustion and sandstorms in the desert. the only way to get passed the desert is with the chocobos at Chocobo Ranch. Terria Oasis is a town after the founder discover the biggest Oasis in the desert thus creating the town. The town uses generators to power up electricity with the usage of the earth from the Terria Mines. The Terria mines was close down after mysterious deaths and cave ins. The crystal of earth is sealed deeper within the mines guarded by the earth demon that would buried the warriors of light.

Aria Valley: The island of winds and mountains. Windmills are the power source of Windville's power. The shrine of the winds is were the hero of the winds that serve the goddess of light was dedicated to the hero. The crystal of wind is lock up within the shrine guarded by the wind demon.
Moogle Island: The island home of the Moogles. The Moogles are very shy and protective of there island that there mostly afraid of other races. Due to there mysterious language no one understands them.

Shrinyu Canyons: The island canyons that contains the temple of Shrinyu the god of dragons and the creator of Athane the goddeass of light and Yanoto the goddess of darkness. If those who enter the temple and defeat Shrinyu they are given a special reward.

the Heavens: The realm of light that serves as the sanctuary of those who has light and lives peacefully for the afterlife. The heart of the heavens is the palace of Athane the Goddess of Light. the stoned Bahumut is located in front of the palace that freeing and defeating Bahamut will inherit his power. The sealed goddess Athane is within the palace in her eternal slumber.

The Dark Realm: The realm were people with darkness that died are tortured and turn into monsters. Within the dark realm is Yanoto's castle that Yanoto the goddess of darkness is sealed in.

Humans: full humans. They become warriors,mages and others.

Demigod: human/god hybrids so far only three exist.

Gods and Goddesses: the deities that governed the world. Shrinyu the god of dragons, and god of the world created a balance by creating Athane the goddess of Light and Yanoto the goddess of Darkness.

Catmiya: catlike humans that were created as Athane's light seers. the first Catmiya was created when 7 young beautiful women insulted Yanoto that she turn them into a cats as punishment. Athane restored them to normal leaving only cat ears and cat tails after they accept being Athane's seers of light. They are born as humans but began to gain cat ears and cat tails as they age.

Aquaticors: humanlike sea creatures that lives in the underwater kingdom of Aquatopia. They could breathe in both land and sea. They were rescued by Athane by evolving after there kingdom was flooded during the war of the goddesses only to survive by a air shield and evolved. They feared the demon kraken that they have to offer a sacrifice so that Kraken won't kill them.

Dwalinor: The dwarf blacksmiths and woodsmiths and miners of all Lagoona. The most well-known dwarf woodsmith that is also a woodcarver is Cid Denisila of Catelia Isle.

Moogles: The cuddly bear-like creatures with read pom-poms on there head. They get sensitive when there pom-pom get touched or being way to fluffed by someone. They could only say the word Kupo.

Archangel: Warriors of Athane that served in the first war against Yanoto. The most well-known and powerful Archangels are Ifrit,Shiva,Odin,Ramuh and Bahamut.

Demons: Yanoto's monster generals and dark protectors of the crystals that are tempting to break the seal of the dark realm to free there goddesss. The dark demons are Xadron demon of fire,Xadriene demon of water,Xohnus demon of earth, and Xahly demon of wind.

Personality: She is very kind, and sweet. She is protective of the people she care, and love. She would go childish if she sees a moogle.
Backstory: Not much is known about her but she was found by a dwarfian wood carver name Cid when she fell from the sky as a baby and live on Catelia Isle as Cid's granddaughter. She was saved, and taught the language of the Moogles when she was 4 years old after she went overboard during a sailing expedition with her grandfather Cid.

Personality: Si'an is a fairly laid-back and quiet Dragoon--his mind honed from years of fierce training. He doesn't say much, but when he does, it is worth a listen as his words are careful and wise. The only time he breaks out of his quiet self is when a member of the opposite sex strays too close to him. The poor cat-like man had a fairly unfortunate experience early in life, and since then finds that he has an unintentional, erratic reaction to contact.Backstory: Si'an started out as a young traveler--a cocky Catmiya who wanted to see the world. Of course, his naivety served to be the near end of him; he nearly met his demise in a cave he had foolishly tried to explore, and was thankfully saved by a passing Dragoon. That was the same Dragoon who took the awestruck boy on as an apprentice, and made him a warrior worth respecting.

His infamousy has definitely gotten to his head, and it shows in any conversation one would hold with him. He loves to travel to a new place, and hear his name come up in common conversation. Recently, no news has come up of Day's whereabouts, but there is a rumor going around that Day is planning his biggest heist yet.
