200 years ago, the Keyblade and its wielders were hailed as saviors of the worlds, despite the weapons checkered past, which included the destruction of the world we had known. So, our ancestors didn't speak up when wielders of this Keyblade started taking up ruling positions in the worlds. Less then 100 years later, these wielders ruled the known worlds. Since then, we have loved under their heels as they fight and squabble amongst themselves, paying the price of war with our blood. Even in times of 'peace', those of us unchosen by the Keyblade are still considered little better then play things by the Keyblade wielding masters. As yet another war between the Light and Dark wielders, it is time for us to speak and say 'no more.' It is time for those crushed between to rise up retake their destiny. For the Gray in between the light and darkness to judge those who abused their power.

It is time for the Decolor Censura.

 

Censura~ Language of origin: Latin. Meaning: Judgement.

 

The Basics:

It has been 200 years since the events of the Kingdom Hearts series. Since then, Keyblade wielders have grown in power till the rule most of the known worlds in some form or fashion. Those who cannot Wield the Keyblade are treated like 2nd class citizens at best, with several worlds treating them much worse. Dark and Light Keyblade wielders war endlessly with each other, with non-wielders expected to serve as foot soldiers and canon fodder.

There is currently a truce in place, but anyone can see that it is only a matter of time before the war starts up again.

A group calling them selves the Decolor, a shadow group some still call a myth, strike against the Keybladers through assassination, sabotage, and hiding those how speak out against the wielders despotic rule. The two leaders of the Decolor are spoken of like legends, even by some of the Keyblade Masters. They are looking for more willing to fight for freedom. Though the Decolor lacks the strength for an open rebellion, it is only a matter of time...

1) Yuffie Kisaragi is 2nd in command of this little scout troop, so what she says goes.

2) trying to keep the rp in a PG-13 range.

3) While power corrupts, uncorrupted Keyblade Wielders are acceptable, just realize that they will have a bit of a hard time from the other Keyblade Wielders and the Decolor.

4) Thou shalt not kill another player's character, unless that player grants thee permission.

5) Godmodding is prohibited, as it detracts from the fun.

6) There is NO...rule 6.

7) This is the one you were actually looking for, where the sneaky rules maker hides a word you're suppose to put at the bottom of your character sheet to prve you read the rules. The word of today is "Judgement".

Personality: Kind, Sweet, Remorseful, Playful, A Little Timid, Sympathetic, Violent (When her Darkness takes over.), and Malevolent (When her Darkness takes over.)

Bio: Dawn is the Keyblade Wielding daughter of a Decolor warrior, Gaia, who hides her from his Organization underground Twilight Town, in fear of having his daughter killed. As when her Darkness takes over, she can be quite sadistic, and insane, and would try to kill anyone, friend or foe, and when she's back in control, she doesn't remember what she did under her Darkness' control, and can only use the Keyblade under her Darkness' control, and doesn't know the truth about why she resides underground in the first place, only knowing that it was to keep her safe from people who may wish to do harm to her. She recently escaped to the surface of Twilight Town, and began to explore to find out the reason why she lived underground, and search for her father.

He has white-colored shoulder-pauldrons embedded with Diamonds, and wears white-colored gauntlets on his arms. He also wears white-colored Knight boots.

Alignment: Good

Personality: Smart, Kind, Troubled, Strict, Responsible, Protective, Benevolent, Honorable, and Remorseful

Bio: Gaia is the father of Dawn, who is a Keyblade Wielder, and is a warrior of the Decolor Organization. He hid his daughter from the Decolor deep underground in Twilight Town to keep him safe, and keep his Darkness under control, and left Twilight Town, and left to ensure his son's safety,  and he would return to protect his daughter if the Decolor found out about her, and would risk his own life to do so He is loyal to the Decolor Organization. Rest of the history will be shown in the RP.

Weapons: A silver-colored sword with a long blade, glowing in white-colored Light, and also wields a long white-colored spear made out of Light. He can also use the power of Light in his attacks, and has healing magic.

Personality: Cruel, Smart, Manipulative, Cunning,  Cold, Slightly Remorseful, Good At Heart, Vengeful, Troubled At Heart, and Slightly Honorable

Bio: Hexaton is a young man who is among the ranks of the Decolor Organization as a fierce Warrior who kills any Keyblade Wielders he comes across, and shows hatred towards Keyblade Wielders who are even on the Decolor's side. The reason about this because when he was a child, his family was killed by a Keyblade Wielder, causing him to feel tremendous pain, and took his father's weapon, and lashed out against the Keyblade wielder, and killed him mercilessly, and escaped his home, covered in blood. He locked whatever traces of his old self he has left into his Heart, and became a person who hates Keyblade Wielders, and doesn't make friends with anyone, although, he feels lonely. One day, he came across the Decolor Organization, and interested in killing Keyblade Wielders, he joined them, and became one of their Warriors.

Weapons: A long jet-black colored sword made of purple-colored Energy, and a purple-colored Energy Blade equipped to his left arm under his sleeve. He also utilizes Light, Darkness, and Fire magic in his attacks to show brute force.

She is there to ensure the safety of one person, despite that person being...who she is.

Taken up at a young age by Yen Sid, Zero-Five was selected to become a Nocturnal Guardian of Light because of her strong sense of wanting to help others. Faithful to her duties yet prone to throwing it away if someone is in dire need of help of any sort, "Luna" as she became known as by the others, developed normally during her training and was noted for her powerful healing capabilities. Completing her Mark of Mastery exam at the age of 15, she was ordered to go 'dormant' by the Master for 9 years until another princess was discovered. Still 15 when she awoke, she was then deployed to Princess Jasmine, and quickly became friends with the Princess and Aladdin when mistaken for a lost and troubled teenager one night when Princess Jasmine decided to take a nighttime walk. After explaining to her that she isn't what they may be thinking and demonstrating a little of her abilities, both Aladdin and the princess quickly accepted her and became very close friends as well as becoming a makeshift adviser to the Princess.

 

She has been tucked away in a Stopga Pod for awhile, and has been awoken for exactly one year.

Appearance: The Chef is a largely built fellow, standing taller and broader than most, and a lifetime dedicated to good eating has made him pleasantly plump. A bushy black mustache sits under his large, pointed nose, which acts as the perfect centerpiece to his round face. The black head of hair, neatly curled on the sides, is thinning on the top, and is marked with streaks of grey, yet the Chef keeps it groomed as smartly as he can. Given that he spends most of his time cooking, he can usually be found wearing his traditional white garb and apron, as well as the tall floppy hat.

 

Alignment: He personally considers himself neutral, in that he is driven entirely by self motivation. Given his unscrupulous methods of attaining what he wants, however, would lead most to believe firmly that Le Chef is an evil one.

 

Personality: Le Chef is a bombastic, pompous, and generally cheery person, who is more or less unflappable due to the fact he believes that he has the upper hand in any given situation. This quirk is motivated by a long lasting track record of success, fueled by his cunning, devious behavior and his questionable moral code in obtaining his goals. But Le Chef doesn't care, and neither should you. In fact, his enjoyment of his life is due to an almost paradoxical apathetic view on the world: there are so many things that he doesn't care about that he can focus his caring on the things that he wants to. Perhaps the most empowering element of this nature is that Le Chef genuinely neither fears nor cares about death, giving him a kind of bravery that many can't quite come to grips with.

 

Bio: His real name has ceased to be relevant, and he himself couldn't miss it less, because the title of Le Chef brings with it far more notoriety, recognition, and a kind of respect that the has always wanted. Born in a low income family within the City of Clocks (or Country of Musketeers. Or France. Choose one), Le Chef learned to lie, cheat, and steal at an early age, and nourished those skills as he grew older. Drafted into one of the many conflicts between the Keyblade wielders, he discovered that with great power comes great opportunities to take what you want and flip off nay-sayers. I mean, seriously: here he was, trying to scramble for a living by picking pockets, and now, with the authority invested in him by the powers of those is, well, power, he could raid a town, declare it to be in the interests of the war effort, and reap the profits. Frankly, the constant warfare was the best thing that ever happened to Le Chef, not to mention that his superb cooking skills was making him quite popular. The only problem that Le Chef could see is that pesky issue of being shot at. Not that he was afraid of death (Chef was not afraid of anything in the world), but it would certainly put a damper on his efforts to become the greatest cook in the universe. Thus, he began to focus his efforts more on cooking for the troops, while putting his glory-grabbing into the shadows, where, ironically, it seemed to gain him more recognition than when he did it overtly. Not that he cared: the limelight was always a thing that he could enjoy, and why not? His most renowned feat has been his orchestrating of the death of more than a few keyblade wielders, though he's never fought them face to face, and that's the kind of reputation that could get one places. It also means that he's a valuable free agent: he has fought for all sides in these constant wars, and the team he's on is always glad to have him. Not only for the things he gets done, but for his wonderful baguettes. Seriously, those things are great.

Okay, quick thing for Decolor agents: Alexi Strannov has made it know that Hotaru (Elrandir's Keyblader inside the Decolor) is not to be harmed. Anyone who tries anything against Hotaru will have to deal with him.

Elrandir, Lunaris and Hotaru don't know this. All they really know is that Alexi grudgingly let Hotaru in, but is keeping him at arms length. Plus, Lunaris has been told by Alexi that Hotaru is her responsibility.

Bio: Silver's history is a long story, and to him, one best left uknown.  He hails from another world that long ago fell to a terrible darkness--and was born by that world to be its ultimate weapon in the event such a calamity befell it. Silver failed, even with the immense power given to him, and left the world as it collapsed into darkness. From there, he began to traverse other worlds; trying to find some sort of asylum and escape from the past that haunts him.

Oh my God... Is it weird that I'm envying a chef? I mean, sure I got a sociopathic serial killer, a seasoned keyblader assassin, and Lon'Qu from FE:A, but a chef? That's just amazing.

 

Silver Kuroi accepted. Also, any keyblade wielder in the Decolor, is actually not known to Neena. Alexi conducts most of the recruitment examinations, and has decided to keep any keyblade wielders a secret from his partner. So do not tell her, or she will kill them. Name: Stan Coulson
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Appearance: 6'6" and muscular with shaggy blond hair, light skin, blue eyes, and the beginnings of a beard. He wears dark brown cargo pants and a green jacket with a black shirt underneath.
Alignment: Good
Personality: Stan is a big guy with a big heart and a big personality. He's loud, outgoing, and eager to please, but doesn't like compromising his moral beliefs. If he's told to do something he thinks is wrong, such as killing an unarmed man, he won't do it.
Bio: After years of adventuring and exploring the worlds, Stan and his fraternal twin brother Lee had seen much of the tyranny enacted by the keybladers, so they joined Decolor Censura. Stan didn't really want to join at first, but Lee insisted on going. Not wanting to be separated from his brother, Stan joined as well.

Weapon is about the same size as Cloud's buster sword.

 

 

Aside from being able to wield a giant sword, Stan is a skilled demolitions man, and often carries explosives on him. He keeps most of it back at the base, though. So if the Decolor Censura needs something blown up, Stan's your man.

Age: 19
Gender: Male
Appearance: 5'11" and skinny as a rail. He has neat black hair, green eyes, and light skin. He wears a dark blue collared shirt, black pants, and glasses.
Alignment: Neutral
Personality: Unlike his brother, Lee in is much more quiet, but also much more intelligent. On the outside, he seems like a kind and trustworthy person, but deep down, he's cold hearted and power hungry, and only cares for himself and, to a much lesser extent, his brother Stan. He's very good at keeping this hidden, however.
Bio: After years of adventuring and exploring the worlds, Lee and his fraternal twin brother Stan had seen much of the tyranny enacted by the keybladers, so they joined Decolor Censura. However, Lee didn't join because he felt it was the right thing to do. He joined because he believed that if he could rise through the ranks of Decolor Censura and they overthrew the keybladers, he could finally have the power he's secretly dreamed of ever since he was little.
Weapons: Lee wields as staff, and is skilled at many forms of magic.

I made this character as a kind of Anti-Neena, at least backstory wise. I hope you don't mind Yuffie.

Age: 18
Gender: Female
Appearance: 5'10", with long silver hair, deep blue eyes, and light skin. Much of her face, arms, and upper torso are covered in scar tissue from severe burns she suffered as a child. She wears dark blue keyblade armor, a black scarf, and a dark grey mask which covers her entire face.
Alignment: Neutral
Side: Balanced
Personality: Usually cold, sarcastic, and condescending, but every once in a while she'll show kindness towards others.
Bio: Penny spent her childhood living in a large mansion with her loving parents, who were both high ranking keyblade masters in the government, and her two younger sisters. Life seemed good. But one day when Penny was only nine, members of a rogue group of non keybladers predating Decolor Censura attacked her home and burned it to ashes, along with evoryone inside it except for Penny. She alone escaped in time, but not without being badly burned on her face, arms, and upper torso. She was not only and orphan, but was considered a freak by all of her peers for her now hideous appearance, causing her to almost always wear a mask when out in public. Not long after that, she learned that she could wield the keyblade, and learned to master fire in order to overcome the trauma of that tragic night. Now, Penny has a deep hatred for those that rebel against the keybladers, believing that they're all little more than blackhearted criminals that desire to destroy the order that the keybladers provide and replace it with anarchy.

Alignment: He usually sides with good...
Side: Light balanced. He usually tries to keep as much of his darkness bottled up as much as possible, and has so far been successful.
Personality: Since he is responsible for the lives and well-beings of his troops, Snider is usually warm and approachable. However, when pressed with adversity, a more stern, strict, authoritative side of his show, and yet he is still able to blend it with is softer, friendly, lukewarm attitude that truly defines him.

Bio: As a commander of troops, Commander Snider was remarked as 'a father to his troops' by non-skewed keybladers and regular troopers alike, and a 'degenerate, misguided excuse for a keyblade wielder' by most, if not all of his superiors and keybladers. Born and raised in Twilight Town properly by his parents, Snider quickly learned to hat the '1st class' treatment that he was receiving just because of the fact that he was born into a keyblade wielding family. Seeing the unethical and extremely biased treatment of 'commoners' versus keybladers, Snider was one of the very few who spoke against the social segregation. His parents silently agreed, but the other wielders quickly wanted him off. They sort of found an excuse when another war broke loose. Going with the excuse of 'keybladers are needed to serve as leaders in the front lines', Snider was drafted into service along with the rest of the non-wielders, where he was forced to endure grueling training regimes and the foot-soldier life. However, shortly before being deployed, the training instructors were made aware of his lineage. Instead of giving the kid a body armor and a ranged weapon, the generals opted to give him an ornate uniform, to be a 'moral booster' for the troops that were now under his command [and to make killing him off and marking him as a casualty of war practically guaranteed].

 

Unfortunately for the generals, Snider was trained by his parents with the ways of the keyblade at a very young age, so their hopes of eliminating the 'degenerate' were dashed as he survived battle after battle, earning field promotions and gaining, as I quote from 5th Platoon Leader First Sergeant Hartmann, "Mad respect from the boys and girls". Despite his privileged heritage and rank, Snider was always found hiding in the foxholes mingling with the foot-soldiers rather than at the keyblade officer quarters that were safely behind the front lines. Unsurprisingly, the men and women of 'Uncle' Snider's Battalion greatly respected their leader, and over time, some sympathetic keyblade wielders started to share his views. When the war was over, resentment from the keybladers and respect from the 'commoners' grew as his story of fairness and compassion started to spread.

 

Despite his fairly renowned personality with the troopers, the news didn't travel far with the general population back home. The war left Snider in an emotional wreck as he witnessed that other keyblade wielders were throwing away the lives of their soldiers with wild abandon, simply because they couldn't wield a keyblade. Since he was involved in the war, most of the general populace believed he was just like the other keyblade leaders, furthering his emotional pain. The breaking point of the once proud commander came when he saw one of his own troopers trying to defend him in a verbal argument, only to have the soldier be ridiculed by those around him. After defending the soldier and directing all the public hatred on himself, the commander decided to live a reclusive life while maintaining communications with his parents. He is aware of the growing resentment of people such as himself, and fears it is only a matter of time before he, and his parent, become targets to powerful adversaries.

 

Keyblade: Unsung Requiem: Essentially a key-gunblade, the weapon is dark silver with red highlighting. a long, thick barrel runs down the centerline of weapon, with a clip near the grip. There is a hinge near the midpoint of the weapon, allowing storage on the person if he decides not to just desummon his weapon.

He also has purple-colored eyes, and short black-colored hair.

Bio: Dusk is the Darkness Incarnate of Dawn. When Dawn, as a child, lost control of her Darkness, he was unintentionally created. He was sealed deep underground in the core of Twilight Town in a seal by Gaia. To this day, he is awaiting for someone to free him, and exact revenge on Gaia and the Decolor, and try to take Dawn for himself for evil doing, even if it means teaming up with that person.
