{Alexi}

Alexi Strannov watched the rain pelt one of the windows in his office. That was the thing about this world. It was always dark and overcast, raining half the time. Alexi found it strangely comforting. He got up from his chair and walked over to the window to look out over the city scape around him. As far as he had searched, the whole world seemed to be a city, but hadn't searched too far. Creatures lurked out there, but there were a couple of city blocks that they stayed away from. Alexi couldn't think of a better place to direct the Decolor from.

A beep from a clock on his desk told him that one of his teams were starting a mission now. Silently, he wished them luck, then turned to leave his office. It was time to check on some of the others.

{The Ulthor}

The 4 man assassin team known as the Ulthor appeared in a secret area in the back alley ways of Twilight Town. The leader of the team, Thet, went to the shrouded entrance of the entry point, checking for anything suspicious.

"Clear." she informed the others in an even tone.

"What, you expected something?" Alph, the teams gunslinger/marksmen, asked sourly. "For the love of the Witch, we were told it was clear."

Thet gave Alph a look that could keep ice cream from melting.

"If you want to die so badly, fine." she said coldly. "But you are not taking the rest of us with you."

Rho, the youngest member of the team, cleared his throat, hoping to divert the argument he saw coming.

"Always best to check." he said, managing a smile. "Remember what happened in Port Royal."

An audible sigh came from the final member of the Ulthor, the assassin Cron.

"Don't get my hopes up, sunshine." She said wistfully. "At least that was fun."

"You can worry about fun later." Thet said, regarding her team. "Now, we have a job."

Though he looked annoyed by Thet, Alph brightened up as the mention of the job.

"And you don't worry about the job, Thet." he said, waving a brief case he held absently. "That wielder will be smoldering in Hades before he knows what hit him."

Thet nodded.

"We all know the plan." she said. "Let's begin. Move out."

In single file, the Ulthor exited the Entry Point, using the alleys to navigate through Twilight Town.

{Rho: Twilight Town; Beach}

Sticking his nunchuk under his arm, Rho gave Dawn a clap.

"Wow, that was awesome." He said, looking at the sandbags she hit. "So, what did you think of? My magic teacher said it was all about visualization."

{Scales: Twilight Town; Train Station}

As Cory pulled Scales away, the dragon's tails whipped out and its tip sliced a neat line across Brooklyn's neck. Any deeper, and it would have severed an artery. He then turned invisible and pulled out of Cory's grasp, going who knows where.

<Power and pride.> a voice said in only Brooklyn's mind. <You're almost a dragon, biped. Truce, before this gets too serious. We both will have an interesting fate ahead, if we both walk away.>

He reappeared perched on the Train Station over hang, above the front doors, testing to see what Brooklyn would do. Accept the truce, and hostilities would end. Continue the attack, and the stakes would be raised.

Dawn looked at Rho, and blushed slightly as she smiled at him. She folded her arms to her back as she thought about her performance. She could feel her Heart beat growing more, and more louder. She looked on at Rho as she put a hand over her chest. "Well, I followed my Heart, and I thought about... Something warm... Like feelings of sort I never felt before." Said Dawn, talking to Rho with a happy tone in her voice.

{Casumi & JayCee: Elympios; Ruins}Casumi/Ifrit saw Zion's attacking coming, but managed to only turn a hit to a glancing blow rather then dodge it entirely. A roar mixed with a girl's scream came from the creature. She was tempted to go after Zion, but Neena seemed to be focusing on her. Casumi/Ifrit turned back in time to see Snider begin his spell. She braced for impact, but the icy projectiles were intercepted by a spinning JayCee, slicing some out of the air with his Gunblade and capturing some in his long duster. He came to a stop, with a little melted ice dripping out of his coat and gave Casumi/Ifrit a wink."Not nice to go out side your size category." He said, looking at Snider.He gave the commander a tip of his hat."How about you pick on somebody your own size, son?"The Outlaw's eyes flicked to another figure who hadn't entered the fray yet. He wondered who's side Blore was on.Casumi/Ifrit nodded her thanks to JayCee, then took Victoria's shot in the shoulder. She roared and blew a stream of fire at the soldier, then jerked her head to the side, trying to get Charlotte in the attack.

[Elympios. Swanson Ruins.]

As the mist cleared around Keyblade Commander Snider, the officer revealed his true military form. The beautiful, honor and pride inducing black and gold dress uniform he was wearing up until this point was replaced with keyblade armor that many readers here would be familiar with, but with some modifications. His cape was dark blue, old, tattered, and completely worn. He had a tactical bet filled with essential military gear, from long range communication devices to high-powered binoculars, small field rations, several syringes for emergency first aid, an antenna over his left shoulder, his serial number emblazoned near the collar protector, and his most heart-wrenching gear of all, a book containing last rites manuscripts of all worlds that the light army conscripted from. Despite the service armor being magical in nature, the commander had a knack of choosing faded colors and worn fabric over the shiny and new preferences his other superiors had. Fine arts teachers drooled over all the symbolic interpretations of it whenever he walked the streets of Twilight Town with it on, dark enemies targeted him first on the battlefields for concluding that he was an easier target than his shinier counterparts, and Snider couldn't help but feel really frustrated for being punished in a way for his tastes in fashion.

Not that it really mattered at this point, since the officer witnessed his ice bolts being deflected by someone with a gunblade. Feeling his heart sink a little, the commander quickly pulled out his keyblade and arrow-rifle, anticipating the enemy's next attack. JayCee's reaction however, was completely unexpected to him. "Not nice to go out side your size category." the stranger remarked. Snider was surprised that the stranger didn't just flat out attack, so the commander decided to reply back. "I'm used to picking on targets that are bigger than me. Comes with the obligations."

The stranger tipped his hat. "How about you pick on somebody your own size, son?"

For once Snider smiled amidst the heat of combat. "I never thought I would see the day I get to face an adversary who has a sense of honor." The commander gripped his two trusty weapons a little tighter. "Too bad it has to come to this." he grumbled, leveling the rifle in his off hand towards the well dressed adversary. Just before squeezing the trigger, the commander followed the quick gaze of the stranger and glanced over, only to spot Blore in the distance. With the other person's intentions unknown, Snider decided to take out the most imminent and obvious threat first.

Victoria dove out of the incoming fire blast while screaming her twin sister's name in the process. Her uniform quickly charred from the fiery attack; some of her raven black hair was actually singed by the flames and what little of her exposed skin suffered first degree burns as she buried her face into the ground to avoid any more damage. With the wave of flames finally over, the icy girl once again shouldered her rifle and aimed this time at JayCee. The faster we take out one of these rebels, the faster one of us can support the other. Might as well try to help the commander then.

Charlotte meanwhile, upon hearing her name being called in a tone of warning, quickly faced the incoming wall of flames and paled. She couldn't recover to a standing position fast enough, so the blonde sergeant did the next best thing and tried to roll away. She kept her helmet facing the fire, and as the flames moved past her, the protective gear managed to take the brunt of the naked flames. The back of her slightly exposed creamy neck was seared as the girl cried out a yelp of pain, but quickly gritted her teeth as she stood on her feet once again. She looked around: Snider and Victoria were facing a new enemy along with the fiery beast, while Milo was fending off the hot-headed girl. With Snider's orders still standing, the kind-hearted sergeant moved closer to the captain while also putting some distance between her and ifrit.

{Lunaris}Lunaris kept shooting, trying to slow down the enemy."And people say I'm stubborn." She muttered.It was then that Alexi gave the order to port out. Luna looked at her boss without stopping her attack."Does that includes me?" She asked. "Or should I remain with you to keep the enemy at bay?"{Hotaru}Hotaru was getting impatient. The rest of the team was taking their time and somehow that was making him worry more than he should have."Come on...what's taking them so long?" He thought.Suddenly his comm came to life."That's it, people. Port out." Said the voice of Alexi.Hotaru bit his lip. It was time to go and he just hoped that the rest of the team made it in time before they had to leave.

(Le Chef: Twilight Town)

Out of all the crimes against humanity that Le Chef may or may not have allegedly been suspected of in unproven cases, this was undoubtedly the worst of all, and the gourmet knew it. Without being able to banish the thought of the misdeed from his mind, he immediately turned the van around and headed back to the restaurant.

Honestly, what had he been thinking: serving chili without biscuits!

Thankfully, being the whiz-bang cook that he was, Le Chef was soon back in his kitchen, quickly whipping up a speedy batch of buttery biscuits. If losing these delicious morsels in a potential car crash didn't raise a fire in the hearts of revolutionaries everywhere, surely nothing would.

(Blore: Elympios)

Blore's confused neutrality to the warring parties was brought to a halt as Neena began to be wrapped in Darkness, using it as a weapon. If that wasn't enough to seal which side he was on, the flaming demon, whom he could only assume was an offspring of the Bed of Chaos, certainly tipped the odds. Holding his shield before him, the face of the sun reflected the flames as he charged the Ifrit from behind. "Don't worry!" he shouted with reassurance to the other party. "I do this sort of thing all the time!"

Of course, it usually ended with him in extraordinary pain and suffering, but hey, win some, lose some.

[Milo, Severa & Pullo]

Milo watched the man whom he had deemed neutral charge into battle. At least he was on their side. Milo leaped at Ifrit, his off hand glowing blue with ice. The Elementalist put a bit of the ice magic into his keyblade, and when he struck the large beast, ice crystals appeared on the point of impact. He spun and slashed with Total Eclipse, hoping to do enough damage alongside their newfound ally.

Severa frowned at the girl, deflecting the thrown weapon with her sword. "Your bad." Severa said, jumping into the air to avoid the low slash. The Mercenary kicked back using the girl as a springboard. She landed on the ground, and brought her sword back. Now for one of her favorite tricks. Sure, she didn't like using it because it reminded her of him, but it was certainly was effective. In a flash, Severa dashed through to the other side of Emily, stabbing with her sword at the same time.

When Victoria shot at JayCee, something odd happened. As opposed to actually speeding towards the target and likely hitting him in some way, a pillar of earth raised up and intercepted it. "There's only one thing I hate more than violence on my world," A voice said, seemingly coming from the rock itself. "And that is light soldiers on my world." The rock fell away, revealing Titus Pullo, standing tall. He finally pulled off his hood, revealing a scarred face with chiseled features and a black buzz cut. The look of a veteran. His ripped cloak fluttered in the wind, and the sun shone off his armor. Pullo drew his gladius and pulled his shield from under the cloak. "Screw off." Pullo spat at the sergeant, though it could be assumed the message was meant for all the soldiers.

[syfe]

Hmm. Interesting. Very. He remembered Hiroki very well, the rebel was calm and passionate. And strong. He and his friend Nikolai could do some good. Syfe had tried to recruit them, but they had refused, choosing to act more openly than the Order did. However, he had given them his card in case they changed their mind. This man had either stolen it off them, or was actually recommended by Hiroki. "Very well. If you are true in your passions, come to the train station in Twilight Town. There I will evaluate you." Syfe said, then hung up.

[Leonarda]

The Engineer smiled at Sandrew. "Ice cream? Ooh, I love ice cream! Yes please! Syfe never let's me have any." At this point she frowned deeply. Then she glanced at Brandon. Her frown deepened. Uh-oh. This guy had trouble written all over him. If she were Syfe, she would know this guys name, rank, and serial number. Unfortunately, she wasn't Syfe. She decided to play it cool for now. "Oh, hi there!" She said, her tone cheerful and enthusiastic. Leonarda smiled broadly again. "You wanna know what's going on? Well, the boy ticked off that cute wittle dragon right over there. Then they started fighting, though it seems like they might be chilling out now." Leonarda said, her tone changing drastically in her speech.

[Hiroki]

The Chosen One looked at the Queen. He scowled. This wasn't great. He began to reach for his bow staff, then realized it had been left on the roof when he had been kicked off. Dang. He could fight her off with his fists, he was even more adept with those than his staff, but he could sense that his chi was low. Dangerously low, far from fighting condition. Then what could he do? Shoot her. That was the only option. But he needed to stall her, get her closer so he could get a good shot off. "We came here with the intent of spreading the revolution mentality through showing the people that we can fight. We've already completed this job on several worlds, Olympus Coliseum, Land of Dragons, Dwarf Woodlands, Prankster's Paradise, the list goes on. We just need to say the world, and you'd have a revolt on your hands. When we got here, we ran across a dark soldier attacking a small team of Light commandos. We struck them down, and that's where things got messy. Happy?" Hiroki growled, pretending he was too weak to do much of anything, which he was.

[Quincy]

"Fantastic! I will complete the project as soon as possible. Good talk." Quincy said quickly, as if he could not wait to be rid of the interference in his studies. He looked back to his documents, hoping to find an enchantment that would increase the realism of this keyblade.

[Ryonne & Azalea]

Ryonne finally ran into the rendezvous with Stan carrying Cron by his side. Seeing there was no more danger, Ryonne grunted and sheathed his blade. Before he could say anything more, Azalea launched herself into him, wrapping him in a bear hug. "Yay, you're alright! The others were getting worried about you, but I had total confidence in you the entire time." She said, crushing him to her body.

"Then why are you the one hugging me?" Ryonne choked out. Azalea let him go, and smiled at him.

"Because there was no way Hotaru would hug you, so I just did it for him." Ryonne looked away, sighing. He glanced back at Lee, and nodded at him. It was time to get out of here.

Stan and Lee

Lee smirked and nodded. Finally, they could be done mission and he could get down to some good old fashioned plotting. He snapped his fingers, and he and all alies in the area were warped to the entrance to the Decolor HQ. "Well then, I'd say that went rather well." he said.

Meanwhile, Stan ran towards Clara's medical room, Cron still slung over his shoulder. "You know, you're taking this pretty well, considering you just lost your hand. Don't worry, we're almost there."

Braxen

"All right, be there in a flash." Braxen said, and hung up. He summoned his keyblade, and created a corridor of light, sending him to the Twilight Town train station. He walked over to a nearby bench, and sat down, pondering what he should do in case the situation went wrong.

Clara and Stan

Clara pulled out a vial and a small jar from a nearby cupboard, and examined Alph's leg burn. From the looks of it, she didn't even need healing magic. Of course, it would help, but she decided to save her energy in case some of the others came back with worse injuries. "Well, it isn't pretty, but you'll heal." Clara said as she poured some of the liquid from the vial on a small cloth, "This is an antibiotic. It'll sting a little, but it'll also prevent the wound from infecting." she said, and gently rubbed the rag against Alph's leg. It was then that Stan entered the room with an injured Cron. Clara hastily assessed the situation, and decided that she should divert all of her attention to healing Cron's, lest her stub of an arm be infected. She quickly yanked Alph off of the medical table, sending him to the floor, and handed him the jar. "Sorry, but I need to work with Cron right now. Rub that burn cream on your leg, and before long you should be right as rain. I'll check on you later." she then turned to Stan, "Stan, put her on the table. What happened?"

Stan placed Cron on the table and told Clara what happened, "We'd just finished our part of the mission when we found out about a mysterious patient in the castle. We went to investigate, and when we found the patient, Ryone told Cron. Shortly after Cron arrived, the patient went berzerk. Apparently she's called the void witch or something. We fought her for a bit, but then she cut off Cron's hand with her super-heated weapon, and then escaped. I came here as soon as I could."

"Good job Stan. From the looks of it, you got her here before the shock wore off." Clara said, and gave Cron a sturdy rag, "Put that between your teeth before the shock wares off. Trust me, you wouldn't want to bit your tongue or lip by accident." She then took a look at the wound, "I'm sorry Cron, but from the looks of it, there's no way to reattach your hand, even if I had it with me. Curega!" she shouted at the cauterized stub, slowly killing the bacteria around the wound and healing whatever skin was still alive under the cauterization.

Zion went evasive. As Neena snarled at her, Zion felt a pang. The hurt...

"Not all Keybladers are evil." She evaded most attacks, and kept retreating from Neena, Keyblades held fast. "You cannot judge the many on the sins of you few! You are not god and you have no right! As the Light had no right to hurt anyone from Swanson!" She then held her ground, going defensive.

"Ask Milo! He wouls not lie about Swanson! Not after this tragedy!"

Evie finally looked at Ina.

"I want to go home."

Seeing Blore entering the fray, Snider gave everyone on his side a heads-up. "Civilian in the cross-fire!" he screamed towards his allies, then faced the new helper. "Get out of here! It's too dangerous!"

"Don't worry!" he heard Blore shout back, "I do this sort of thing all the time!"

The keyblade commander grumbled as he watched Milo attack the hellhound with ice magic. Well... Thanks for the help. Charlotte followed up on the attack by shooting off another round towards the beast from a safe distance away from the furball of the battle.

As Victoria's shot was deflected by the pillar of earth that seemingly came out of nowhere, the icy girl gasped and quickly looked towards Snider, who had also witnessed the phenomena. "Stay back!" he shouted to his sergeants, "Leave the magic users to us!" Regrouping at Victoria's location, both Snider and the girl heard a voice addressing the two of them. "There's only one thing I hate more than violence on my world, and that is light soldiers on my world. Screw off." Seeing the figure, Snider tried addressing the stranger while keeping his eye on the pace of combat. "We'll get off this world as soon as this engagement is resolved. Does that sound ok to you?"

Emily

The Keyblade Wielder took the stab hard, and immediately gasped as the sword pierced her and she flew into the air and dropped her Rapier. Her mind raced, and on impulse she immediately backflipped to try and recover and before Severa could react, she threw her keyblade at her full force, and it nailed her in the hand, knocking the sword out of her hand and a few feet away. Emily fell back, trying to fall near where her Rapier dropped, and as soon as she hit the ground, she kneeled over, grabbing her stomach where she got stabbed. Damn...She got me, but i can't let this slow me down. She's so fast, if i don't hit her now while she's unarmed. She mustered as much strength as she could, and stood up and walked towards her Rapier. She picked it up, aswell as re-summoning her keyblade, and held each in both her hands. Emily then ran towards Severa and fired off a blizzard spell at her, then followed up with a Thunder spell in case she tried to jump to avoid it, and made her way near her.

Brandon

The teen chuckled as he heard Leonarda's story. "Huh, and i thought something interesting was happening, oh well then. So who are you anyway?"

{Rho: Twilight Town; Beach}

Rho thought a moment about what Dawn had said. Looking thoughtful, he stepped away from Dawn and started twirling his nunchaku.

"Something warm..." He thought.

He visualized his parents and life when he was little. After a moment of that, he released the spell and went flying backwards. He groaned as he got up. He gave a sheepish grin to Dawn.

"I guess I have to use something else." He said, somewhat apologetically.

Then a thought occurred to him. Watching Dawn, he started the spell again. Keeping her in his mind and heart, he aimed at a sack and let lose. The wind he called up blasted out right where he directed it, sending the sack flying.

"There we go." He said, trying not to blush.

{Scales: Twilight Town; Train Station}

Scales snorted out a little smoke, that and his expression that his feeling towards Brooklyn was mutual. The small dragon then bent unnaturally and turned odd colors. The light based illusion he had cast to test Brooklyn disappeared. Keeping invisible, Scales carefully settled on Cory's shoulders again.

{Casumi & JayCee: Elympios; Ruins}

JayCee chuckled slightly at Snider's referring to him as honorable.

"Honor ain't that much use in my life, kiddo." He admitted. "I just like to hear myself talk."

He was about to charge Snider when the rock pillar saved him some lead poisoning. He looked over at Pullo, looking bewildered.

"What, are you on our side now?" He asked.

Not really waiting for an answer, JayCee started running after Snider, slashing at the Commander with his classic gunblade.

Casumi/Ifrit went to a knee as the ice spells Milo was using on her began to take effect. That was the problem with her basic elemental forms. There was always some hotshot who knew how to counter it. And with more people focusing on her, she knew she had to change tactics. Casumi/Ifrit roared again, then was consumed by flames, which quickly dissipated, leaving Casumi kneeling in her natural form, using her staff to stay up. Feeling something behind her, the Miqo'te used her sudden size change to move out of further attacks from Milo and Blore. She stuck out her staff to trip up Blore. Hoping that he would crash into Milo, she sprang back with her cat-like agility.

"Valfore." She hissed.

Light and magic ruins appeared around her and enveloped her. A large winged creature shot into the sky, calling out with a hybrid bird call/girl voice. Casumi/Valfore halted her assent and fired a laser from her mouth towards Milo and Blore.

{Alexi: Disney Castle; Castle Wall}

"Go." Alexi answered Lunaris curtly. "I won't be long after you."

The Decolor Founder fired off several more blasts of Dark Fira before looking over at Luna.

"Good work." He told her, with a short nod.

{Alph & Cron: Home; Infirmary}

Alph grunted, but said nothing as Clara worked on his leg. There were days he wished there were less dangerous ways to get revenge. Stan's and Cron's sudden arrival caught the Marksmen by surprise.

"Hey!" He called out as he was pushed on to the floor.

Cron, upon arriving at Home, went silent and still. She didn't even react when she was placed on the table. Alph pulled himself up and looked at him teammate. At first he thought she had gone into shock, but she looked...thoughtful.

Cron was suddenly out of her closed off state when Clara handed her a rag.

"What?" She asked, looking confused. "Why would I bite my tongue? I mean, I've done it before, but it wasn't any fun."

A look of realization came over her.

"Oh, right."

She stuck the rag between her teeth and waited patiently for Clara to do her work.

"How are you so calm?" Alph demanded. "Your fragging hand is gone. Are you insane?"

Cron reached up and pulled the rag out of her mouth.

"Probably." She answered her stunned teammate.

She gave Clara a little smile.

"Not sure i want a hand that let's itself get lobbed off." She joked, though there was an angry edge in her voice.

She popped the rag back into her mouth and fumed. She had let that...witch...take her hand. She had lost her edge. Maybe she shouldn't have joined up with Alexi...

She sat straight up on the examining table. Had Alexi made it back yet? She hopped of the table, said something through the rage that might have been a thank you, then ran out of the infirmary, sticking her right arm into jacket.

Alph stared at the Ulthor Assassin, his mouth open.

"What. In Hades. Was that?" He asked.

{Thet: Twilight Town; Le Chef's Restaurant}

Thet landed her small ship in a secret landing area she had set up and locked down the ship. As she walked into the Town proper, she considered how she was going to act as a Light Keyblader. She had some personal experience about Dark ones, and she doubted there was too much of a difference. Just a change in monologue material. She finally made it to the Restaurant, pausing a moment to appreciate the smell of fresh biscuits being made. She went around back and entered the kitchen.

"Le Chef?" She called out,

{Queen Mercedes: Port Royal; Warehouse district}

Queen Mercedes kept giving Hiroki an icy look as he spoke, but looked amused when he was done.

"Oh, do you really think you are the first rebellion to try to over throw my families rule?" She asked. "Many have tried, but our right to rule has long been proven, time and time again by their failures. You would have been better off fighting the Darkness like you should have. I would enjoy properly teaching you the errors of your ways, but I don't have the time, so goodbye."

With that, a beam of light lanced out of The Queens's Ultima Weapon Keyblade and speed towards Hiroki's heart.

{Ina: Space}

Ina nodded.

"Alright, I'll try to get you back home." She said, trying to sound soothing. "Can you tell me where that is?"

"If this girl doesn't now about other planets, I'm screwed." The outsider thought. "And what if that's where she was picked up?"

Le Chef (Twilight Town)

~

Watching his biscuits rise, intent on making sure the dough remained golden and not too crispy, Le Chef barely noticed as Thet appeared around the corner and greeted him. Smiling, he looked up from his work and nodded. "Ah, bonjour, my..."

Then, faster than you could say "Spam" (which you can say really fast. It's only one syllable), Le Chef's eyes widened, and without waiting, he grabbed Thet by the arm and rushed them both into the cooler area, closing the doors swiftly behind him. Peering out a crack in the door, he was relieved to see that, thanks to it not being peak hours, no one in the kitchen had been around to see them. Wiping his brow and puffing out cold whisps of air, Le Chef removed his hat and bowed to his guest. "My most sincere apologies for my behavior, madam. But until our little souffle of a plan rises to perfection, I think we should continue our element of secrecy. Lest any prying eyes tip off the proverbial curious cat."

Blore (Elympios)

The swipe of the sword pierced solid nothing, as the flaming demon shrank suddenly into the much more manageable size of a young woman. Blore was completely surprised by the shift, having missed the part where she transformed in the first place, and it was all too easy for Casumi to trip the knight in mid-charge. Unable to stop the charge, the most he could do was roll into the fall, bowling into Milo as he tumbled. Rising to his feet as quick as he could, he helped the other man up. "Urm, sorry about that," he mumbled, more than a little embarrassed at the less than gallant introduction. Time for apologies was fleeting, however, as the apparently far more dangerous form of some kind of mutant drake now appeared in the skies. Reflexes on red alert, Blore read the delivery of the massive laser just right, managing to run forward at just the last moment to dodger under the laser's trajectory. Raising his shield to guard his face from the debris that exploded from the impact, the knight was forced to admit to himself that there wasn't a whole lot he could do to the creature if it insisted on staying up in the air. Turning to Milo, he pointed up at Casumi's airborn form. "If we can get it down here, I can take a stab at it. Do you have any magic, or such? I'm afraid I'm lacking in those studies."

Snide was quick to react to JayCee's attack. Pushing Victoria away so he could take the brunt of the weapon, the commander swung his keyblade towards the gunblade. The two weapons connected, but the strength behind the enemy's swing caught Snider off guard as the edge of the gunblade continued its momentum. Thinking on his feet, Snider quickly brought his other arm close to his body and swung towards the weapon. The cutting edge of the gunblade embedded itself into the metal forearm armor, to which the commander took to his advantage. Twisting his wrist, the commander tried to grab the gunblade and wrest it away from its owner while pushing JayCee away from him with his keyblade in hand.

Victoria expected no less from Jacob as she was shoved away from the immediate threat of the well dressed stranger. Shifting her focus to Milo, the raven haired soldier managed to see Blore crash into the officer. She wasn't amused, but rather bewildered at the fact the civilian was still around and fighting back. Unexpected reinforcement. Well... I wouldn't really call it that. The soldier girl slowly stepped away from Snider and JayCee, but still trained her rifle towards the man. She held her breath, and once again leveled her rifle before squeezing the trigger once again.

Charlotte was staying near Milo and witnessed the comical crash between the civilian and the officer. However, her main concern was the new airborne threat that was hovering above all of them. Her primal instincts never seemed to fail her at the most crucial time as the girl unconsciously anticipated the new threat's next move. Grabbing Milo by the back of his collar, Charlotte yanked Milo away from the trail of the laser beam as she dove off to the side with the captain in tow. It wasn't the first time she had done such a maneuver, and the girl quickly showed her veteran status as she rolled onto her back and aimed at the airborne creature. Unsure of any weak spots, Charlotte decided to aim for the largest section of the bird, its chest, and pulled the trigger...

Le Chef (Twilight Town)

Watching his biscuits rise...

I can't stop laughing xD

{Ina: Space}Ina nodded."Alright, I'll try to get you back home." She said, trying to sound soothing. "Can you tell me where that is?""If this girl doesn't now about other planets, I'm screwed." The outsider thought. "And what if that's where she was picked up?"

"Twilight Town." She said softly. "I live in Twilight Town. My mommy is Mayor de Wynter." She whimpered, then suddenly clung to Ina tightly. "They took me from school. They know everything about me." She whimpered. "I don't want to be taken again!"

{Lunaris}Lunaris gave Alexi a salute and quickly began to press the device in her wrist."Sure thing, Boss." She said with a smile. "Be careful. I'm sure everyone would be sad if something happened to you."The Sniper pressed the device one last time and she disappeared.{Hotaru}Hotaru was slightly in shock after finally noticing that Cron's arm was gone."What in the world...? What happened?" He thought.He was going to follow Stan towards the medical room when his partner showed up."Sup?" Lunaris asked. "Something interesting on your side?"Hotaru slowly nodded, a look of worry on his face."Cron lost her arm." He said flatly."'Scuse me? Did I really heard that Cron lost an arm? How is that even possible?""Who knows. Let's just go to the infirmary." Hotaru said while reassuming his way."Bossman is not going to be happy that Cron was hurt. This is going to be one hell of a meeting."Hotaru just nodded in agreement before he noticed that Cron ran out of the infirmary.

[Neena, Severa, Milo & Pullo]

Neena growled. "I have every right after what happened to me! And do not think I am judging on the sins of a few! I am judging on the sins of many! Through my travels I have seen more evils conducted by those holding that cursed blade than I care to count!" Neena cried. This stupid girl dared to challenge her motivations, her goals? She was going to change the world, one lifeless corpse and keyblade stuck in the ground at a time. Neena sent a final barrage of darkness at Zion, before pulling out her bow. She charged the arrows with light, and let them fly, their approach clouded by the darkness that preceded them.

Severa had been disarmed by the throw. It was accurate, that much was certain. Severa dived for her blade, and grabbed it, rolling to her feet. A Blizzard spell shot at her, and hit her in the shoulder, but she recovered just enough to skirt away from the thunder. Severa gritted her teeth. She was playing recklessly, he had taught her better. No, why should she care what he taught her? She was on her own now. The Mercenary needed to end this fight quickly before she took any more hits. The girl was charging at her, but Severa caught the rapier with her sword, and kept it away as she punched her with a flaming fist.

Milo glanced back at Charlotte, and nodded his thanks. Looking back to Blore, the Elementalist nodded. "Yeah, I got some magic. I can try to ground it." Milo said, slightly hesitantly. Normally civilians were not so ready to fight alongside soldiers, but this guy seemed confused. They could unconfuse him later though, for now, his help was appreciated. Milo's off hand changed colors to green, and he shot into the air with powerful gusts of wind propelling him. He got behind Valfore, and swung hard with his keyblade.

Pullo didn't blink as he stepped to the side, his shield blocking the bullet that was hurtling towards JayCee. "I'm sorry, but perhaps I was not clear. Leave now, and never come back." Pullo stated, his voice hard and immovable. The Legionnaire's position was clearly decided, but he was giving them a second chance to heed his advice.

[syfe]

Syfe hung up. This could go one of two ways. Beautifully... Or ugly. Rather ugly. Syfe disliked ugly things, so he sincerely hoped that this would go the much prettier and cleaner way. The Officer pocketed his phone and descended the clock tower.

[Leonarda]

Leonarda kept smiling as she stood to mock attention, salute and all. "First Lieutenant of the Third Engineering Division, Leonarda Rieze!" The Engineer said, then proceeded to return to her standard casual stance. "And you?" She asked in return.

[Hiroki & ...]

Hiroki tried to pull out his pistol, but realized it was too late. He didn't have enough to dodge, besides it was probably homing. And his chi was so low that the attack would likely kill him. The Chosen One gritted his teeth. Fine. If this was how he was to go, then he would do it staring down the woman who kept his people oppressed. The light beam came close, and Hiroki closed his eyes. It had been a good life, full of adventure, and he had done plenty of good while he was at it. ... ... ... ... Wait, what. He had felt no pain, no agony, no entrance into death. Hiroki opened his eyes. In front of him kneeled a woman, blood over her chest. No. No. This was not happening. Hiroki moved forward and caught the girl as she fell from her kneeling position. Looking up at him Takako smiled. "I never did listen so well did I?" She said softly. Tears fell slowly down his face. Hiroki was shaking his head.

"You stupid, stupid, stubborn girl! How could you sacrifice yourself so readily!" Hiroki said, his voice starting to slip.

"I learned from the best." Takako replied, still smiling, despite blood leaking from the corner of her mouth. Hiroki tried to give her some of his chi, enough to keep her life force from draining, but he didn't have enough.

"How could you betray me like this Takako? I told you to stay while I went."

"I told you, I'm terrible at listening." Hiroki began to babble, but he was shushed by Takako's finger on his lips. "Shut up, you'll look bad in front of your nemesis. Now... now you listen to me. You keep going with Nikolai. Fight for me, free us. One day... I believe you will truly be the Chosen One." Hiroki closed his eyes hard. No! This was not happening! Takako had been the one by his side for almost his entire life, his first and best friend. "Good bye." Takako's final words. He could hear them, but he did not accept them. His eyes were still closed hard, as he felt the last bit of life go out of his friend. Hiroki laid her upon the ground, and finally opened his eyes. He felt better, stronger than ever before. Of course, the chi of his friend must be flowing into him now. Her final gift. Hiroki stood slowly, looking down at the fresh corpse of Takako. He raised his head and looked straight at the Queen. The Chosen One took a deep breath, and began to project his chi, strengthening his body, raising it to a whole new level. In a flash, Hiroki right next to the Queen, and kicked with all his new found might.

[Quincy]

The Scholar had been walking down the hall. He had heard that the Infiltration was back, and he was heading towards the Infirmary. He had no healing magic, but he was as much an expert in medical practices as he was everything else. On his way he accidentally bumped into Cron. "Sorry... Wait, you're Cron! How did the mission go?" Quincy asked hoping that they found some information that he might be able to use. He looked her up and down, and saw that she was hiding her hand. Quincy quickly grasped the situation. "Lost a hand? You just happen to be in luck. If you head to the lab now, there should be a robotic hand there. Ask one of the engineers and tell them that Quincy said you could use it. And if you're polite to them, they might even put in some lasers too." The Scholar said. Apparently he did have a use for that hand.

Zion threw up her shield. Dawnguard was always there for her, as long as the Light was with her. And for centuries it never had.

The shield blocked the darkness, but it flickered and died. Her strength was mostly gone. She could fly as long as the light touched her, the dawn her strength. But what came after the darkness, she found ironic...and devastating.

Light arrows flashed through her, clothes eviscerated. Her body was wracked with cuts, the rags of her shirt and shorts clinging to her through blood alone. Her cheek scraped, miraculously her hair was completely fine. The immortal power of vanity blocks all.

She hovered there, panting, Keyblades held loosely...until they fell to the ground. Shattering into Light, Zion fell to her knees. Through her stomach was a single arrow.

"...And what happens when there are no Keyblades?" She asked the woman. "What happens, when your done?" She laughed. "What will be left when all you are is death and sorrow, anger and hatred? What is left of you, if you succeed?" She felt something in her mouth. Her fingers brushed away, coming out red.

"...I pity you." She managed. "And all that could have been."

Zion then raised her arm, a white magnum pistol in her hand, now pointing at Neena. "...What happens if Kingdom Hearts decides to gift a heart so strong a Keyblade, when they themself hates it?"

She pulled the trigger, a single bullet of light fired. And Zion toppled to the side. The Vanguard of Dawn's Salvation, was defeated.

Snider, Victoria, and Charlotte were too focused on the battle to see what was happening between Zion and Neena. As a thunderous sound echoed the battlefield, the trio quickly looked at the source of the sound. That wasn't one of our rifles... the three collectively thought, and were immediately horrified at the sight of Zion collapsing over. Charlotte was the first to respond as the girl quickly caught Zion in her arms. Victoria was the next girl to appear as she quickly started triage protocols. Unfortunately for Zion, both sergeants were trained in the most basic form of healing magic. However, that didn't stop Victoria from trying to stabilize the blonde girl as she placed a hand on Zion's chest and tried her damn best to secure the girl from death. Charlotte notified Snider by yelling at him, "One down! One down! We need a healer here!"

Jacob Snider quickly shifted his attention from combat towards Zion. Crap. The queen isn't gonna be too happy about this, he thought to himself, but was interrupted by Pullos's voice. "I'm sorry, but perhaps I was not clear. Leave now, and never come back."

"Bring it up with the that guy over there." Snider replied back, nodding at Milo's direction. "The faster you do that, the faster we might leave. And do try to be diplomatic about it. If you attack him, I won't hesitate to call down the Hammer to bring this skirmish under control."

With so many questions being asked in Jacob's mind, the commander suppressed it for the moment and quickly made his way towards Zion. He slid into place next to her, and quickly checked the immediate area around them for imminent threats. "Report, sergeants." he sternly asked, not too happy about failing an objective.

"She's out cold." Victoria started, "I'm stabilizing her now."

Charlotte added her observations. "This place is too hot. We need to evacuate her!"

Snider growled slightly and sighed heavily. "Make the call then, Charlotte.

The blond soldier nodded, then promptly reached for her earpiece. "This is Sergeant Hartmann to any active standby Task Forces. We need a medivac at our location immediately. Patient is a keyblade wielder. Affliction unknown, but possibly exhaustion. Someone please respond."

A short moment of static, and then a voice cackled through. "This is the Third Task Force, Sabre reporting. Request acknowledged. A unit has been deployed and is responding. ETA is about 2 minutes. Just hunker down and the ship will be there. Over n' out."

With the exchange heard by the trio thanks to their earpieces, Snider quickly stood back up and eyed Milo. Well, so much for taking out rebels. Then again, they are tougher than expected. Without even thinking, the commander threw his keyblade at Valfore in an attempt to support the captain.

{Thet: Twilight Town; Le Chef's Restaurant}

Thet tensed as Le Chef grabbed her, but relaxed after he explained.

"A wise precaution." She congratulated. "But don't worry too much. I am not well known and after this, most of your contact will be with Quincy."

A few worries about Le Chef were put to rest by his sense of caution. Maybe this was doable, after all.

"I am here to say that your delivery is almost ready. I will be delivering it in person."

{Casumi & JayCee: Elympios; Ruins}

JayCee managed to keep a hold on his gunblade after Snider's attempt to disarm him, but was pulled off his balance. He recovered and was about to press his attack against the Commander when Pullo gave his latest proclamation. The Outlaw worked his jaw a little, then backed off of Snider and Victoria. He figured he owed the guy who saved him from two bullet wounds something.

"I guess this just ain't our time." He said, tipping his hat to Snider.

He winked at Victoria.

"Nice shooting, ma'am."

He continued to back away as the two Light Soldiers checked on the downed Zion. He just watched till Snider threw his Keyblade. His gunblade whipped up and he quickly took aim. With a squeeze of the trigger, he fired a blast of energy out of his gunblade, which hit Snider's Keyblade and knocked it off course.

"We've been asked nice to stop fighting." He said, his tone a little dark.

He jestured to Zion.

"You got wounded. You wanna risk her life?"

Casumi/Valfore took Charlotte's bullet to her chest, causing her to faulter in flight, but she regained control of her flight. As soon as she saw Milo jet up, she took off in a grade swoop, staying away from the ground and gaining distance from Milo. As soon as she felt she was far enough, she turned in midair and fired a laser at the Light Captain.

{Ina: Space}

Ina grimaced. If Evie was picked up on her home world, by people associated with the upper echelon of the Light leadership.

"If we take you home, they could come for you again." She said, not sure how she could sugar coat it. "Your mom might be able to protect you, but she would be taking on the rest of the Light government."

She glanced back at the controls, then gave Evie a hard look.

"But I can teach you how to be stronger. You will be able to protect yourself, and go where you please."

{Alexi: Disney Castle; Castle Wall}

Alexi took a deep breath. Everyone should be out. One final thing. He hopped up on the wall, and pulled put a small sphere from one of his pouches.

"Regards to your Queen!" He shouted to the Light Soldiers rushing to retake the castle.

He dropped the sphere in front of the front gates of the castle. A vortex from the deep recesses of the Dark Realm opened up. The dark energy released blasted the soldiers back and destroyed the castle gates. With a sneer, Alexi disappeared.

{Alexi: Home; Infirmary}

Alexi appeared in a swirl of darkness, then let out a breath. At least that was over. He spotted Hotaru and Lunaris and walked over to them.

"Everyone here?" He asked. "Any casualties?"

{Cron: Home; Heading for the hanger}

"A hand?" Cron asked, sounding a little confused.

She then looked down at her arm stuck in her jacket sling style and remembered why she put it there.

"Oh, right. Yeah. I could use that. Um, thanks."

She made for the lab at a more sedate speed. What had she been thinking? She had to keep it cool. Alexi would be alright. He always would be. Right now, she just had to get ready for her rematch with that...Void Witch. As she got closer to the lab, she decided it was for the best to get a replacement hand here. She had a plan to get one else where, but that would require using some old contacts and they were always hard to deal with. And why had one been at the castle?

She made it into the lab and smiled at an engineer.

"Hey, I hear you guys got spares." She said, folding out the stub where her right hand had been.

{Queen Mercedes: Port Royal; Warehouse District}

The Queen was somewhat surprised by the sudden help Hiroki got. So, the little rebel could inspire loyalty.

"How touching." She said nastily, preparing to finish the job.

Then Hiroki was beside her with a powerful kick. The Disney Monarch was punted into the air like a ball due to her small mass. She landed several yards away, but rolled on to her feet. She lashed out with another bolt of light at Hiroki.

{Hotaru and Lunaris}Hotaru's eyes were focusing on anything but the man in front of him. It didn't mattered that Alexi was his boss, if someone with the power to wipe you out completely was in front of you then you better be on your best behavior."Everyone is here." Luna said. "And as for casualties...well...nothing serious, but---""Cron lost one of her hands." Hotaru said flatly. "It must have been when she went to see the "Void Witch" because she was whole when she left."Luna sighed and shook her head."I do wonder what happened. She is very skilled to lose a limb just like that. Perhaps it would be better if we heard the whole story directly from her."

Le Chef (Twilight Town):

Le Chef clapped his hands together, causing some leftover flour residue to make a hazy cloud. "Perfect! The thing come together, no?" There was nothing like having a plan of starting a revolution pan out. Chef couldn't understand why he hadn't gotten into this line of business earlier. "Now, you will remember to call the royal guard ans such when I set out, yes? I would do it myself, but any traces of the call being led to the one involved in the accident would be very suspicious, I should think."

Blore (Elympios)

Watching Milo take off into the air and begin to chase after the Drake, Blore was left with some serious reservations about this bizarre party he'd discovered. He was used to encountering and fighting creatures and beings with extraordinary powers, but such feats were usually reserved to great beings, not humans.

...Assuming, of course...

That particular train of thought was cut short by the sight of the soldiers dragging back the winged woman, who, much to Blore's surprise, bore a large arrow sticking out of her abdomen. That, coupled with Pullo's threats, seemed to have brought the action to at least a temporary halt. For his part, Blore did not much like the idea of leaving a threat such as the one which currently faced them standing, but given the power of the enemy, perhaps it was better to find a more suitable time and place. What's more, if the girl's life was at risk, far better to drop everything to keep her alive.

Keeping his eye on the DeColor agents, the undead shuffled his way to the side of Victoria and Charlotte, hoping that Pullo kept true to his word about the whole "cease fire" thing.

Zion saw Xion.

"XION! XIOOOON!"

What translated to reality was Zion looking up at Victoria, a bloody hand already at Victoria's cheek. "Xion...Xi, don't leave me. Please Xi, don't leave me." The girl's closed eyes leaked tears. "I'm afraid Xi. I'm so afraid."

Her hand went slack. She had entered cardiac arrest.

Evie--

The girl looked at Ina. "That's why they took me..." she barely could hold the gaze. "My family has power. My family has secrets. And they want them." She grimaced. "If only Zion would awaken from slumber..."

Luna--

It had been days. She was sitting by Gaku's bed, feeding his unconcious form. The idiot had saved her, saved the Fire...he actually did it.

"Task Force Sabre movements have shown a battlenon Elympios. I have sent a stealth corvette, but we are preparing to defend. Task forces Rapier and Scimitar have show worrying movememts around the Mirage Arena."

The hologram of Sarah paused. "I have sent a combat detachment to secure you. The Pendragon's Tears and her escorts will be there within hours."

A full carrier group. That was Sarah.

"Luna. Luna, I'm sorry to say but after intercepting transmissions further, we know why Sabre is moving with such haste." Sarah looked pained. "Zion is downed."

"I know."

Luna was crying silently. Her heart ached. And she could do nothing.

Sarah--

The Admiral shut the quantum HoloCom unit down, and looked at the massive star map. Pendragon's Tears was moving off, that was good...

"Frejya. ETA on Mirage Arena arrival and any planets we can mine for resources?"

[Neena, Severa, Milo & Pullo]Neena growled. She charged the arrows with light, and let them fly, their approach clouded by the darkness that preceded them.Severa had been disarmed by the throw. The girl was charging at her, but Severa caught the rapier with her sword, and kept it away as she punched her with a flaming fist.Milo glanced back at Charlotte, and nodded his thanks. He got behind Valfore, and swung hard with his keyblade.Pullo didn't blink as he stepped to the side, his shield blocking the bullet that was hurtling towards JayCee. "I'm sorry, but perhaps I was not clear. Leave now, and never come back." Pullo stated, his voice hard and immovable. The Legionnaire's position was clearly decided, but he was giving them a second chance to heed his advice.[syfe]Syfe hung up. This could go one of two ways. Beautifully... Or ugly. Rather ugly. Syfe disliked ugly things, so he sincerely hoped that this would go the much prettier and cleaner way. The Officer pocketed his phone and descended the clock tower.[Leonarda]Leonarda kept smiling as she stood to mock attention, salute and all. "First Lieutenant of the Third Engineering Division, Leonarda Rieze!" The Engineer said, then proceeded to return to her standard casual stance. "And you?" She asked in return.[Hiroki & ...]Hiroki tried to pull out his pistol, but realized it was too late. Hiroki was shaking his head."You stupid, stupid, stubborn girl! How could you sacrifice yourself so readily!" Hiroki said, his voice starting to slip."I learned from the best." Takako replied, still smiling, despite blood leaking from the corner of her mouth. Hiroki tried to give her some of his chi, enough to keep her life force from draining, but he didn't have enough."How could you betray me like this Takako? I told you to stay while I went.""I told you, I'm terrible at listening." Hiroki began to babble, but he was shushed by Takako's finger on his lips. In a flash, Hiroki right next to the Queen, and kicked with all his new found might.[Quincy]The Scholar had been walking down the hall.

Emily staggered back from the Severa's counter and quickly fired off another Blizzard Shot with her keyblade aimed at her arm to try and take her off guard. Darn it, i need to end this now, before i take any more hits. She then thrust her both of her weapons as fast as she could towards Severa's chest.

Stan

Stan followed Cron into the lab, concerned about his fellow Decolor agent. It didn't take a genius to tell that there was more wrong with the assassin than just her missing hand. "Cron, hold on." he said, "I get that you're upset. If anyone else in the Decolor went through what you just did, they'd be angry and want revenge too. But you need time to cool down and let the adrenaline ware off before you do anything else."

Clara

Clara grew nervous when Cron ran out of the room, but decided to leave her alone when she saw Stan going after her, causing Clara to relax a little. She went to find Quincy to see if he could supply Cron with a replacement hand, but to he surprise, he was already on it. As Cron and Stan went off to the lab, Clara walked over to Quincy and smiled, "Thanks for letting Cron use one your robotic hand, that was kind of you." she was about to ask what Quincy was planning on using it for, then decided it wasn't any of her business, "I hope she ends up okay. I want her to rest and take some time off, but I'm sure she'd say no." Clara then decided to change the subject, "So, what have you been up to?"
