He's been affiliated with The Avengers before. So has Spider-Man. Chances are, if Fox didn't own X-men and X-men related movie rights, and Sony didn't own Spider-Man and Spider-Man related movie rights, they could appear in Avenger movies.

there is a difference between an affiliate and an official member.

 

if it's something like a movie titled : Wolverine and the Avengers...fine I'm totally fine

 

But making Wolverine an official Avengers member after his tie with the X-Men's canons for so long that makes 0 sense

Yeah, he's allied with them but also joined at a few instances as well.

Temporary doesn't equal official member.

 

And regardless of that,my point is that Wolverine doesn't fit in the Avenger especially when most of his origins are closely tied to the X-Men

 

There is a difference between "Hey,let us work together" and "Can I join and become a member of the Avengers"

 

Cuz with that logic Deadpool can join the Fantastic Four and rename them into the Fantastic Five

It's not a big deal lol Spider-man actually was a member at one point as well. Most major Marvel characters probably have been. Although I think Wolverine was the only X-men character to join the Avengers. I personally would love for the new Spider-man and Wolverine to team up with the Avengers although I really doubt that would happen considering the ownership rights and such.

The Avengers 3 would break James Cameron's records if they included Wolverine and Spiderman.

Ah, a classic Wolverine/Hulk fight. That would be fun to see in an Avengers.

Ah, a classic Wolverine/Hulk fight. That would be fun to see in an Avengers.

 In the comics, IIRC, Hulk literally tears Wolverine in half and tosses him away and he has to literally find his other half to put himself back together

I haven't read that one, but I've seen the image of the tear. Heh, those two have been fighting off and on since Wolverine's first appearance.
