Nintendo is just the freaking best. I presume this also means a GC lineup on Virtual Console is on the horizon because hey... why not make the most of it?
May 30, 201411 yr Why not just make a new controller that's better? I agree the GameCube controller was great...but still.
May 30, 201411 yr I hope we get Gamecube imports! Super Mario Sunshine was my childhood! lol Why would you import it if you already have it in your country?
May 30, 201411 yr Why would you import it if you already have it in your country? I think he meant putting Gamecube games on the eShop for the Wii U

May 30, 201411 yr I thought he meant to play them on the Wii U... Yeah, he did. Through emulation. Importing is when they'd get a title from another country. Eg. putting the Japanese version of a game on the North American eShop.
May 30, 201411 yr Why not just make a new controller that's better? I agree the GameCube controller was great...but still. Why fix what's not broken? Gamecube controller is comfortable, perfect fit, and a preferred controller by many. Not to mention that this now helps any GC VC that comes out like Super Mario Sunshine and Luigi's Mansion, thanks to analog triggers being on the Gamecube controller. Plus for some of us, we're now purchasing a simple adapter instead of wasting money on several $50-$60 controllers.

The gamecube controller is the most comfortable nintendo controller in my opinion.
May 30, 201411 yr And then two-billion people all started buying the WIi U at the exact same time. Why fix what's not broken? Not to mention offer a better alternative controller for SOME games where the Wii remote's capabilities weren't used properly....(Sonic Riders Zero Gravity....)
