Like okay unlike most people in and out of the fandom, i actly really like kingdom hearts re:coded and understand that it has significance in the game (which is proly the least significant but what more can you expect from a game made for the cellphone)

 

BUT GETTING BACK TO TOPIC:

WHy couldn't they animate battle scenes for 358/2 days??? like if i had to choose can we have a do over and switch because i feel like the re:coded movie is gonna turn out better movie wise. 

 

I mean i could be wrong and it could end up like 358/2 days where they stop with the animated cutscenes and you have to read through some of the days but still if im not???

like im happy itll be nicer to watch but still idk im just mad i wish theyd done the same for 358/2 days

I was very disappointed when 358/2 days didn't have short fighting cutscenes. I knew they could have done better then that. I hope that re coded has a lot of fighting cut scenes in it.

It would have made much more sense to have Dream Drop Distance cutscenes. Heck, I would have preferred no cutscenes from re:coded because then KH 2.5 might release sooner.

tbh i was so sad they didnt animate the "roxas thats a stick" scene

which imo i dont mind the long wait because i want them to take their time making this game so it could turn out as beautiful as possible. i wouldnt even mind if they split it into a part 1 and 2 thing either bc more content to enjoy. 

I said the same thing in one of my threads. It just makes 358/2 Days seem like less of a game or less significant. Days had 3key bbattles; Saïx, Xion and Riku. Re:Coded also has 3 key battles; Data-Riku, Data-Sora's Heartless and Data-Roxas. The extra time they are spending on 2.5 is worth looking to be worth the wait. I'd have gladly waited a little longer for 1.5 if Days just could have gotten fight scenes....

It's a business thing. They didn't think it would be worth the money to make the scenes

That was the main problem I had with the Days Movie. It would just brilliantly build up a fight...but then it would just cut to the next scene where the enemy is defeated.

 

It's especially a problem with the scenes before and after the Xion fight: It builds up the fight very well with a beautiful re-orchestrated version of Vector to the Heavens and Xion walks in the air and powers up, fade to black...and then Xion is spontaneously drunk and Roxas has a slightly Amnesic Hangover. What the hell?

 

I would gladly and willingly waited longer for 1.5 if they decided to include fight scenes in Days the same way that I don't mind 2.5 taking as long as it is as long as they include lots of fight scenes. (Unless they're just firetrucking about...)  

I wish they made both Days and ReCoded fully playable! It just doesn't do the games justice! Especially Days with no fight scenes!
