I remember in Kingdom Hearts 2 with the Secret Reports, the original members' names (of Organization 13) were misspelled because of a translation error. Do you think they will take the time to fix that along with other typos?

Featured Replies

Doubt it.

Maybe. I don't see why not. Correcting typos isn't outside the scope of what they're doing.

They NEED to fix the way the checker pattern on Roxas's jacket stretches like that! It's ugly. Also, I'm pretty sure they can put BbS trio's capes back into their armored designs. Their excuse was the processing would lag trying to animated fabric for six players on online and multiplayer for the PSP. There's no online play in this BbS and the PS3 shouldn't have any problems with processing moving fabric.

Capes were not added for the same reason as no Online Mirage Arena.

And what is that?

Fool. Not enough time. Not considered important.

I believe so.Shouldn't be that hard to notice...

Well, when you put that way, it seems so minuscule of a thing to worry about. But, I stand by my Roxas comment. Everytime I see that, I wanna claw my eyes out! Also, wasn't it said that when Roxas asked Sora 'Why he picked you?', he was referring to the keyblade and therefore it was a mistranslation? Or something like that.

教えてくれおまえが選ばれたわけを

The original JP line (above) was passive, "tell me why you were chosen". If you wanted to be super-picky about its meaning, then yeah, keyblade was probably the intended interpretation (Roxas's "why did the keyblade choose me", Xigbar's "I guess that must be why the keyblade chose you"), but it's ambiguous enough that you can more generally read it as "why is Sora the hero when it's brought me nothing but pain and grief???", ie. "chosen one" [選ばれた or similar is used in fantasy fiction for such a concept]

(although I must say that it really only seems to be a bunch of guys on GameFAQs who insist on taking the English line super-literally...)

Then I guess I have no other qualms except that I hope that they have everything crisp and clean. I found the sometimes blurriness of the 1.5 Remix cutscenes to be a little distracting. Also, I can't wait to try and fight Sephiroth again. On the original Kingdom Hearts II, he kept killing me instantly! Maybe now that I'm older and wiser, I can come up with a strategy. Lingering Will seems hard. How do you beat him? He's so fast!

"Seems hard" Is a MAJOR understatement, he is the hardest boss in the whole Kingdom Hearts series, he is super over powered and is near impossible to beat however it is doable because I done it on a Critical Mode level 1 save before so It can be done.

Considering they never bothered to correct the parts in KH were they call Sora a Keyblade master (since the first they have redefined the meaning of the word actually being a title that's earned rather than calling anyone who wields one) by simply changing to to something like "Keyblade wielder" I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't bother.

I would think that it would be incredibly easy for them to simply fix the typos, but I somehow doubt they will even remember or notice that error unless someone brings it up to them. *waits for someone to email SE and ask them to fix it*
