I've seen a lot of topics on how angry fans are about the collectors edition, but what is your honest opinion of the box art? Personally I really like it, I'm a little upset they didn't include Kairi this time, but all the same, it really sets the tone for Kingdom Hearts 3.

  • I like a lot. I just thing Xehanort looks weird as firetruck.

    I really liked it myself. Xehanort does look a little odd in it, but that's not a big problem. I'm not bothered about Kairi, she really didn't play too big of a part in any of those games.

One of my first thoughts was me wondering where Kairi was.  Then I noticed Axel, Xion, and Namine were missing as well so I decided to let it slide, because then we might as well clutter things by including everyone, including Kairi's grandma.

But I think my true first thought was, well, Xehanort.  At this point, I don't think that needs clarification.

Overall, this. In fact, the composition is pretty good, empty space or not.It didn't look like the Mangas. Amano is too distinct. I would also think an art competition might have been reported on, even if it's just for Japan.

It is most def nomura's art style

Also you guys need to watch more anime because Sora looks very normal for that style.

I feel like the box art is giving all of the attention to sora and xehanort. It makes everyone seem a lot less important than they actually are. I do really like what they did with the keyblades though.

I feel the same way, but it's still very pretty

I really like the art but it doesn't look amazing as a cover. It's cool and all but I think that a more simple design would've been better

Yep indeed blue is actually my favorite color but the cover doesn't feel right from the first one.

Blue's my favorite too, but I can't wrap my head around why Disney related products never have uniform case-art even when a uniform is started.

I feel like it would work more as just some art that Nomura had done for no particular reason instead of a Cover Art. It looks WAY too disorganized to be Cover Art, KH2 Sora looks too young, the Keyblades steal away your attention, Ansem is in focus beside Xemnas and Xehanort for some reason...(why couldn't it have been Vanitas?) and...well just look at Xehanort! He's really firetrucking creepy! O_O;

Overall: It's good Art but it's not good Cover Art.
