if they retconned every other thing in the plot and effectively make all of the past games pointless like ddd did.

Fool. Then put it in random.

DDD didn't retcon anything, other than the idea of the Nobodies not having hearts, but even then it's more of a loophole.

So basically, pull a "Days of Future Past"

I don't think Kingdom Hearts 3D made all the other games pointless. Without the other games, there wouldn't be a Kingdom Hearts 3D in the first place

I like all the kingdom hearts games i dislike some because of the combat *cough* chain of memories, but in my opinion all of the games have some significance in the kingdom hearts universe. And yes even recoded  

Some might hate Dream drop distance but I thought it was very good. Something's could of been explained better but overall it wasn't that bad.

I like DDD but it did retcon a lot of stuff which was pointless.

yeah they could of explained it better but who knows maybe in KH3 we will get a better explanation.
