I like my bank.  It's got a good mobile banking app, money goes in at midnight so other people who have to wait til like 3am the day student loans go in or midday, my account was drained and they refunded it all back to me right away, before I had to send away the disputed transactions, money transfers right away where other people I know have to wait a while til it's carried out.  But I don't use credit cards, only debit, so I get no charges on my card.
