So here's what happened, some huge ass statue showed up out of nowhere (unless I missed something) and has 5 heads which spew out respectful elemental jutsus. It is controlled by no other than our lovely Spiral Zetsu (Yes he's still alive, which shocked me, and came to a conclusion of how one feels after digestion process), and the other white zetsu (which I believe is the true Zetsu). The statue (said to be wood style) spewed out attacks and Sandaime created 4 clones and countered attack with the same jutsus, nullifying them. Everyone is at chakra exhaustion. All Medics, ninjas, even the Gokages. Orochimaru shows up again after being absent for maybe 20 chapters, and was analyzing Zetsus, or whatever he is doing, and is interrupted and finds out that Sasuke is in trouble after hearing what is going with Sasuke from Karin, who is trembling in tears.

 

Gaara shows up and brings Naruto to Sakura and Tsunade. Sakura tries to heal him. Hinata finds out of Naruto's condition and uses chakra in attempt to get to Naruto, but exhausts her chakra, and couldn't move (WTF Kishi, you trying to give hope for NaruSaku fans?). Zetsus say that Uzumaki or not, he will still die after having Kuruma get extracted from Naruto. Meanwhile the Gedo Statue disappears, and Sasuke falls to the ground, bleeding out. Madara declares that it is the real end (hence the chapters name). Sasuke gets flashbacks of Itachi talking to him, and is trying to strengthen his resolve, so he can continue, but could not, and just slumps to the ground. Sakura is nearing Chakra exhaustion. Simultaneously, Sakura and Karin say that at the rate it goes, Naruto and Sasuke will die.

I know that manga writiers need to take breaks and all... BUT DID HE REALLY HAVE TO LEAVE US OFF WITH BOTH NARUTO AND SASUKE DYING? The future's looking really dark for the shinobi world... I'll be honest though, I was kinda disappointed Hinata couldn't even make it to Naruto. I was hoping for at least one more NaruHina moment...

And then his edo tensei will dissapear since he sealed his soul inside death's stomach again. Sorry minato fans, but thats probably the only way Naruto's gonna live.

 

As for Sasuke, maybe now that he's near death, the jutsu that the first Hokage gave him will save him or something. : Looking forward to next issue.

URGHHHHHHHH.  I should've just read other manga's on my waiting list that have already finished. No Naruto Chapter next week, and we get a new one on February 5th. Then we will get consecutive weekly releases until end of April which is a 2 week break due to Japanese festivals/holidays.

Rumor. We haven't heard anything except that it is at the climax.

 

However, The arc we are currently at is definitely gonna be the 2nd last arc in my opinion, and then we will have a recovering/restoration arc which will have one last battle which is confirmed to be naruto vs. sasuke.

 

I believe Naruto has only one more year to go.

Well It could end this year, but With the way things are going, I can't easily predict what will happen.

 

Heck, I can't come up with any ideas of how they will save Naruto and Sasuke from dying. I can't think of anything. We need a miracle, and Kishi plans on taking a week off to come up with this "Miracle".

I figure that Sasuke was given that healing jutsu by Hokage the first, so that when he's about to die, he figures out how to use it and it saves him. And then, since Senju + Uchiha = Rinnegan, Sasuke may get the Rinnegan along with his Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan and put up a good fight against Madara to weaken him a bit, but still lose.

 

I figure that the only way Naruto is going to win is either, they somehow manage to convince Madara to defect back to good, or, (which is more likely) Naruto somehow becomes the the jinchuuriki of the Bijuu/10 Tails and with that power, is finally able to destroy Madara for good. That's the only way i see that it's going to end.

 

Then afterwards, they start rebuilding from scratch, and then Tsunade decides to give up her position of Hokage to Naruto, but Sasuke is going to fight Naruto over it, but not like to the death, so they won't end up dying. And then i figure that Naruto will win(at this point, he'll have the Kurama chakra Minato gave him, and with having destroyed madara, he can probably beat Sasuke) and finally become Hokage, and then there will be a decade time skip to show how the village has changed and everyone's grown, and that Naruto's been able to keep an Era of Peace since Madara's defeat, and then it'll end. :

Is there an overall enemy in the OP series? If there is, then the end of the series after the author runs out of ideas, Luffy will be at the doorstep of One Piece and fight that enemy or rival, and claim OP, then series over.

Well, kinda.

Its mostly the manipulating World Government and Blackbeard. Those are the biggest overall enemies, but mostly the World Government. They're hiding the true history of the world and the world is screwed up to the point where some pirates like Luffy's gang are more righteous and justified than the government itself. :

 

 

 

Yeah, that would make sense.

Naruto meeting the original Sage of Six Paths who seperated the 10 tails? Yeah, that would be amazing, but i think he should stay mysterious and not have much known about him, to show how legendary he was honestly. I would much prefer Naruto becoming the 10 tails jinchuuriki and beating Madara that way. Although, that theory is really good too.

 

 

It's been so long since I have read/watched Naruto...But I'm curious: What is Naruto's and Sasuke's relationship like today in the manga? 

 

Does Sasuke regret anything, or has he lost all interest in becoming friends with Naruto again?
