Michael Bay now has the honour of having two movies inside the top 10 highest grossing movies of all time. Transformers: Dark of the Moon & Transformers: Age of Extinction. However, this is very unlikely to last long with The Avengers 2 and Star Wars Episode VII not far away.

Not to mention all those other Marvel movies that got announced. And Batman vs Superman too I think.

True, but there is some good hype over Batman vs Superman. But I don't know, "versus" tends to equate to fight first friends later.

I honestly think that's stupid. I can completely understand a sequel but saying you're doing a 3rd and 4th movie already is crazy. I mean the first had a pretty good ending.

The Dark Knight is number 4 and The Dark Knight Rises is number 7 on the All Time USA Box Office. 

Fun Fact: Michael Bay also had a part in Ouija which is number one in the box office...for now.  It was pretty bad.

But you can never make everyone happy, especially in something with such a large following. But yes, exactly they keep making a billion dollars, of course it's going to continue.
