What was the first Video Game that you ever played 100%, beginning to end, including all side quests and items?

For me, this was Majora's Mask. All fairies, all masks, all Heart Containers, everything the game had to offer... even killing Sakon! (best part, hope they keep that in the 3DS version)

    It was either Toy Story 2 on PS1 or Crash Bandicoot 3. Can't really remember.

    I think it was Kirby Super Star Ultra. Even then, I just got the technical 100%, and didn't complete Helper to the Hero with every character.
