Where did Xion's Keyblade come from? If it was a fake, fully capable of gathering hearts that didn't require the wielder to have one (as Xion was using one before she started forming a heart of her own), why didn't Xemnas just make a bunch of those and hand them out to the Org? So what's she using Sora's or Vens? Where did it come from? I think I'm pretty clear on it but there still seems to be a lot of confusion in the general fanbase about it.

I figure it's a fake but still requires Sora's memories to be used properly. Xion wasn't able to use it without absorbing Roxas' power, if you'll remember.

Also worth noting that since Xion is a replica, she has a heart, which is also most likely an important factor. Keyblades are also powerful artifacts, I imagine Xemnas had reservations about handign them to an Organization comprised of people we didn't trust

It's not like keyblade can't be built, every keyblade is manmade, it's just that wielding one isn't as simple as grabbing it

It has been explained in game and by Nomura himself Xion's keyblade is fake . But it's also explained that she draws her power from Sora aka Roxas . They constantly were drawing their power back and forth from each other during Days .When she wasn't drawing enough power from Roxas she couldn't summon her keyblade. She was syphoning his power the entire time.That's also why Riku tells her that her keyblade is a sham .

Why does Xion become able to use the  keyblade again on day 96?

Nomura: This was less due to her doing missions together with Roxas every day, and more due to using his Keyblade. She was able to once again copy his power. At this moment, the two of them were perfectly in balance.

When he first met Xion, he didn’t think that she was Sora or Kairi’s Nobody, and it was the same with Roxas. When he first saw Roxas, he had no proof of who he was. So that’s why he lost to Roxas, he was surprised at him using a real keyblade rather than an imitation like Xion's, and he called out to him. Part of Riku didn’t really want to believe that his best friend really had a Nobody.

Replica's are made without hearts, because Heart's cant me replicated. that's why they're considered special Nobodies, not special people. But thanks. This one person is insisting that Xion had her own keyblade and that Roxas used hers after she died

Replicas have hearts, this was confirmed in CoM. Repliku has a heart of his own

It's entirely possible at some point Xion gained a legitimate keyblade at some point, in the same way Data Sora did after losing his artificial one in the middle of Re:Coded.

But yeah, as it stands, Sora's second keyblade is Ventus'

I just gave proof Roxas didn't use hers . I can add more at that if needed . Also yes Replicas can grow/have hearts just like Repliku did.

 

Q4: Why can Roxas dual-wield?

 

A: Because he can use both Sora’s and Ventus’ keyblades. Sora can wield two keyblades at once because he has Ventus’ as well as his own. As Roxas is a part of Sora, he also can use two. In Days Roxas awakened his ability to dual wield after fighting Xion. In KHII once
Sora absorbs him, he can also dual-wield.

 

 

As for Data Sora :

 

Data Sora can newly obtain a legitimate Keyblade during his adventure, but are there changes to the real Keyblade when that happens?

 

Nomura: No, it’s a data version the entire time. However like with the first Keyblade, it wasn’t created by someone else. It comes from the heart’s connections with the data, hinting towards the story theme, “Can a heart be born in an existence made of data?”
