For kh3 Sora will lose Kingdom Key after he wakes up Ventus and obtion a new "default" key chain which will be the strongest at that point in the story

Nah. Sora's keyblade is his own Keyblade. He has proven his right to wield one and was chosen by the key at this point. The Kingdom Key is his default keychain to the very end.

Kingdom Key isn't even from Ventus, it's the keyblade Terra bequeathed to Riku

and the keycahin has never been a deciding factor in the power of a keyblade, in terms of story, keyblades are just powerful

That doesn't really matter though since we know Sora will have multiple keyblade types as part of the gameplay

it wasnt? i thout he got it through Ventus hearts which is why Sora was able to take Rikus key thus it becomes Vens as his heart now owns it

No the keychain is just a part of the gameplay.Other than that the Keyblade is just a magical sword that change in shape when you attach a specific keychain to it

I think it'll be like this, When sora wakes up ventus he will lose his power to wield the keyblade, since it's ventus heart that's triggering sora to wield the keyblade. After that Ventus will do that keyblade ceremony thing so sora can still wield the keyblade. (this is just my thaught) But the Kingdom key will be sora's default key

This doesn't make any sense considering it has been confirmed by Nomura himself that Ven is NOT the reason Sora wields .He is the reason Sora dual wields only. When Ven's heart returns Sora cannot dual wield anymore . The kingdom key permanently chose Sora at the end of KH1. He wields a second keyblade bc of Ven. Again confirmed FACT.

Nomura: The Keyblade reacts to the rightful owner’s heart and appears to them. Even though it was definitely Riku who called the Keyblade towards him, the reason why Sora was able to weild it was because he also had the right qualities too.

 

So, it’s not that “once Sora’s story is over the story of a new hero will begin”, but that the series will always have Sora as the hero, isn’t it?

 

Yeah. One of the concepts of the series is that the hero Sora isn’t some special being, but a normal boy. Sure, his heart is connected to Ventus and the others, but other than that, he’s a normal kid that could have come from anywhere, that hasn’t inherited anything from anyone. I want to make Sora a character that will give the player the feeling that “even if I’m not some special being, I have the possibility buried inside of connecting with many others to accomplish things”. In Birth by Sleep, I wish for all the fans to hope to see that Sora reappears. The secret cutscene is what symbolizes this, and so please work your way there, and wait for Sora’s role in the future.

We have a full archive of interviews with nomura on here. There are things answered by him in these interviews that most of the series' content never answered.

This people need to remember Sora was wielding the Keyblade without Ven's heart for the entirety of Chain of Memories seeing as it was within Roxas.
