So, Has Anyone Considered Square Enix Using Character(s) And Plot Elements From The Disney T.V. Series "ONCE UPON A TIME" For "Kingdom Hearts III"?

 

I Could Imagine Emma Swan Making A Cameo In The Radiant Garden And Sora, Donald, & Goofy Help Her Search For Henry So They Can Return To Their Own World.

Maybe Someone From Storybrooke Could Be A Summon?  I Could Picture Regina Or Red Riding Hood As Possibilities.

 

Plus, I Feel Rumplestiltskin Would Make An Interesting Member Of Xehanort's Organization XIII.  Wouldn't It Make Sense For "The Dark One" To Be One Of The Thirteen Darknesses?

 

I'm NOT Saying The Setting Would Work As A World (EXCEPT In A KH Fan-Fiction!!).  After All, Storybrooke Might Be A Little TOO Complex For An Actual World.

If they Pixie Hollow as a sub world of Neverland then in would work. Judy Hopps though most likely a summon since Zootopia comes out next year.

I love that show and the way it interprets real life and Disney fairytales in the 21st century.

 

However, Once Upon A Time is a TV series, TV series are never going to be in the Kingdom Hearts series.

Like everyone said. Once Upon a Time was a TV series and not even a popular one at that. If it was popular and every one knew about it, then yes..let's also keep in mind that the series focuses on other Disney stories.

No, no it isn't. Actually, unlike Kingdom Hearts, the heroes and villains are all relatable to an extent because they're not "heroes/villains" in the traditional sense. C'mon, making Peter Pan a menacing villain that wants to manipulate children to be savages is nothing short of genius! and Rumpelstilskin/Mr. Gold is one of the most three dimensional villains that I have ever seen in a television series.

 

But as great as that show is, it's not a theatrical release, therefore, it cannot work for any Kingdom Hearts.

Nice to see someone else who loves this show  . Once Upon a Time is one of my favorite TV-Shows, but it wouldn't work for KH. The Disney characters in OUAT have completely different stories than in the Disney movies, which are used for Kingdom Hearts (like Alpha Baymax mentioned, Peter Pan is a hero in his movie and a villain in the show). Besides, if they used OUAT for Kingdom Hearts they would have to use new character models, and that just can't work. That's like the question if they'll use a new character model for Maleficent after the movie with Angelina Jolie came out. They won't do this.

Well AlphaBaymax. What about a few cast members from OUaT providing voices for a few Final Fantasy characters, and new Kingdom Hearts characters?

I know. I just said The Dark Swan as a secret boss even if Nomura does a Kingdom Hearts design of The Dark Swan from the show, and his artwork.

That's not going to happen either. Disney characters must either be from the "Mickey Mouse game" ie: Mickey, Donald, Goofy, Pete, Mortimer, or, from Disney Animation, DisneyToon Studios or from Disney's Live Action Properties.

Either way, as a Kingdom Hearts fan, you should give Once Upon A Time a chance. It is basically a more mature, more realistic version of Kingdom Hearts with similar elements and concepts. Heck this season and last they have strongly hinted towards a Kingdom Hearts esque inclusion (and have even made a reference or two of sorts) 

Oh heeeeeeeeell no. I use to watch the show with my mother but it got so cringe worthy with its bad writing and horrific CGI. Then they went on and made mulan, a 100% straight character, gay just to make their lgbt audience happy. I cant respect an adaption that does things like that with the only intent to be controversial and attract viewers.

I should let you guys know that sadly  The show just faced a series low We need to keep watching and spreading the word about it, otherwise it faces the risk of being cancelled. It is so good this season and finally found its footing this and last year. There is also so much more they have not included. It'd be great if it could just get to its initially planned 7th season, then we'll see where it goes from there.  

 

Its not just one weekend though. The episode "The Bear and the Bow" from a month ago was their lowest rated of the whole series and throughout this season it has been going downhill leading up to that episode and apparently back down again with this episode. As I have learned many times throughout my life, we cannot ever assume anything, even if it may seem normal and not such a big deal.

 

Only watch Once Upon A Time when it is on on TV or no more than one week after the episode airs on your DVR. If you have to watch it online, ONLY do so on ABC or CTV's official sites, do NOT watch it anywhere else as it will not count towards ratings. 

Like I said continue to spread the word about it send ideas to the writers etc.

One other thing that you can do to help the show do well is Talk about it on twitter, other forum sites like this, etc. and talking to the actors and writers helps too. Just get buzz around the show is as helpful as watching it

I don't really think so, because i think it would open up a lot of plot holes with the different versions of the characters, and Storybrooke doesn't really much that could make it an interesting looking world. Big Hero 6 takes place in modern city  type environment, but it still has a fantasy element about it where it mixes tokyo, and San Francisco together. If it were a city like New York it wouldn't work.
