What level should I be to verse Organisation 13 replica version 

I'm playing on Standard mode 

I haven't ever fought them on standard, but I'd say the only real requirement for the average player is whatever level you need to be to get Once More and Second Chance (this varies depending on which weapon you choose in the beginning)

I got both of them around lv 60

I picked the shield and the struggle weapon that has a star on it

I beat Zexion at level 20 after finishing Disney Castle

 

I beat Larxene at level 29 after finishing Tron world

 

I beat Lexaeus at level 32 right before starting the 2nd world trips

 

I beat Marluxia at level 37 after finishing Olympus second visit

 

I'm currently at level 39 and stuck at Vexen (one of the worst designed boss battles I've ever seen in my life)

Just spam Firaga on Vexen, that's what all of the speed runners do, and I'm sure it works just as well with Wisdom Form for that instance.

Well first you need to reach them through the cave and the abilities must be already on a good lvl.

Level 1.

Kab4002 was talking about the replicas, who can't be reached until all Drive Forms (save Limit) are maxed. Use Wisdom Form or Final Form, spam Firaga, and equip Fire Boost (from Bond of Flame and leveling up) to beat Vexen's Absent Silhouette.

The ones from the garden or the ones scattered across the worlds? The garden bosses are much harder. It'll be better to level up past 80.

It was challenging.

It really depends on how skilled you are at the game. Also, it depends on what's the lowest level you can make it through the Cavern of Remembrance at, specifically, the last room with the waves and waves of nobodies.

I know there's many people out there who've beaten all of the Org XIII Datas at lv1 Critical, but I find that needlessly difficult and rather tedious. The lowest level I've ever reached the Garden of Assemblage at is lv55 on Proud. At that level, I've beaten all members except Xemnas, Xigbar, Xaldin, and Roxas. It's very difficult but very fun.

Essentially what I'm saying is, it really depends on your skill as a KH2 player to know what level you should be at. To give you a little context though, the battle level of the Transport to Remembrance room (with the waves of nobodies) is lv75. The Battle level for the actual Data battles is lv99.
