I'm sure we all have more important things to wonder about than TAV getting new outfits. I mean, we've barely seen them in their first outfits right? I honestly don't have a problem with their original outfits, but there is a legitimate reason why they should get new ones.

 

In DDD, they revealed that the X on Sora's clothes helped Xehanort track him. Which makes sense, especially when we consider BBS, when all three of them have Xs on their clothes and Xehanort was easily able to keep tabs on them. But now, with TAV returning being a practical guarantee, they need to be rid of the Recusant's Sigil on their clothing so that they are able to move without the enemy receiving that intel.

 

So, simple solution is, change clothes! I hope they address this in some form.

I dunno about Aqua. There's probably more water than just what can be seen at the Dark Margin. Plus she could probably magic her clothes and body clean if she really needed to.
