Ih... that is a natural color deformity that can occour on plastics for toilet seats through long use of it (sitting down for long periods of time) or near constant use, as would be in a regular public restroom would likely see. It can occour from any bodily fluid (this includes sweat, pee, ect).The more you are cursed to knoooow
