Dumbledore retires due to memory loss

Posted

To all Harry Potter fans:

Michael Gambon is retiring from stage acting due to memory loss. At the age of 74, he has been facing difficulties with memorizing his lines for a while now. He even tried wearing an ear piece so that someone could read his lines to him while on stage.

Apparently, he won't stop acting on TV and on movies -- so, hopefully, we will still see more from him.

But I thought Dumbledore was dead.

Peace!

Guess he shouldn't have used the Pensive so much, huh?Seriously though, that's pretty sad.

HE DID DIE ;~;

Joking aside, the original actor of Dumbledore did die (The Dumbledore of The Philosopher's Stone, and the Chamber Of Secrets)

Yeah, unfortunately, this is no joke :(

Extremely sad for him, considering he has done this during all of his life...

At least we will still be seeing him on TV/movies :)

Well unfortunately, people do grow old, and sometimes memory trouble comes with that...

But, hey! I think at his age, taking a break isn't necessary a bad thing, is it? Let the man chill, I say.

He was a great Dumbledore actor, and has done amazing work. His acting will be missed.
