I just got The Last Episode on Beginner Mode on Birth by Sleep. I can't beat Terra-Xanehort in Radiant Garden. I got him down to on bar left but then he kills me. I need tips to beat him. i say just hav 3rd level of cure and the rest magic and potions and hav tht new keyblade aqua gets after putting ven in the chamber and hav a shotlock tht can fire for a long time

Dude your playing it on beginner how hard can it be lol. [goes to play] It's....not fair...it JUST ISN'T FAIR!...It was a cutscene for crying out loud and I lost!? How is that possible! Awww...why do I even bother.

 

But all joking aside just have cure ready or potions and what not and keep attacking, thats how I seen people beat him. Oh and use the shotlock thingy, why? Well just because its cool

Ooookay. First thing you should know:

 

That's not even the real battle, it's a warm-up. You'll instantly have to battle him afterwards again, more powerful of course.

You'll have to level up and use Command Charge to get some powerful commands, for example, Firaga Burst did help me a lot.

To make it more effective be sure to have all Fire-Boost abilities, there're five to get. Abilities such as Last Life are also necessary.

 

Go to Mirage Arena and beat Level 20 to get Aqua's best Shotlock, it's extremely useful.

If that's too hard, try to Command Charge Thundara and Thundara to get Lightning Ray, it's a good alternative Shotlock.

 

Practise dodging, that's what this battle's about. Being able to dodge and find the right moment to rush him.

Honestly all I did was spam Reflect and the counter-attack. And also when I'm dodging him, i used the command charge to get Fire Wheel. It chips a little bit off with each cartwheel. And this is on Proud, so it should work on Beginner.

I can dodge and everything. But is there like a guide online that tranlates the abilities? Cause I just equip every ability I have.

well I didn't beat him yet or even got Last Episode yet >.< but if I were you, I would put all your abilities to the highest level (5) take put at least 3 Curagas in there, be level 40 at the very least and keep on guarding his attacks and keep on having Aqua do dodge rolls

Yes I beat him! And the people who said the second battle in last episode with him was harder, It was really easy. Beat it first time around. Now I just have to beat Vanitas Setiment..... *faints*

Yeah, that's pretty much what I did. Just counter A LOT and pop off a Thundaga Shot or two when possible. Then the real fun begins...
