Should a KH movie be announced, would you be excited to watch it?

I'd watch it either way. Whether to gasp in awe at the marvellous CGI action scenes, laugh my head off at the hilarious anime/cartoon faces and gags, or cry bitter angry tears at the pathetic live action departure from the source material. Depending on how it's made.

 

As long as it wasn't the next Dragon Ball Evolution or Last Airbender, I'd be happy to see one.

Well, I was really looking forward when I found out the Last Airbender was gonna get a film adaptation and boy, did I waste money.

 

From that moment I learned that Hollywood can ruin anything.

It would absolutely have to be animated. A TV series would make sense, but movies could work just as well. Just look at the Persona 3 movies. If they did it like that, I'd be fine with it.

It......really depends. On the one hand I would be excited to see this happen, but on the other hand I would be a bit concerned with how it's handled. One game alone can be very complex, and if the HD cinematic archives have shown us anything, its that you've got to devote just enough time to the additional characters and Disney characters so that you feel like they actually contributed to the story. That, and the format in how they do it might determine how well it's handled too. A CG movie made by Square Enix like Advent Children? Well that would certainly stick within the comfortable familiarity that all the fans know Kingdom Hearts for, not to mention they would do an awesome job on fight scenes (please, make it longer than 15 seconds!). A traditionally animated KH movie by Diseny? Well first off I would be excited to see any traditionally animated movie by Disney these days, they're so rare, but a Kingdom Hearts one would definitely be interesting to watch, although it would still have to be a bit lengthier than most animated features they show. A CG movie made by Disney like...everything else these days? Well that wouldn't be too bad either, they would still have to accommodate for length of plot and such, but either way a Disney made movie would probably guarantee that the Disney cast members would still contribute a good deal. A live action KH movie?....Ehhhhhhhhhhhh, well, if they could work a miracle and everything was somehow handled surprisingly well, then...maybe? I don't know. The idea of  a Kingdom Hearts movie sounds like a pretty formidable challenge for anyone to take on, so if it were to ever to happen, I would hope that it would be handled by someone we can trust, in a style that we can all agree with and get excited behind, and if it was handled with the same love and care that has always been handled in each and every game.

Only if it were animated in Disney's art style. If it's anime, then no dice.

I'm all up for a Kingdom Hearts movie, BUT, on one condition!  Should a Kingdom Hearts movie be announced, it needs to be computer animated, like Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children was!  Because I really don't think a live action adaption could do the series justice!  So yeah, if a Kingdom Hearts movie were to happen, it could be set a few months after the Xehanort Saga, heck, maybe even a year after!  And, as to not confuse newcomers, the film could have flashbacks of key events from the games so that people can understand how the movie fits in!  You know, kind of like how Sora slowly regained his memories in Kingdom Hearts II, and we could see his memories play out like a film!  Think of that, but not with static, lol.  Oh God, just imagine how awesome it would be to see Kingdom Hearts grace the silver screen! :')

Depends. It would be a worst movie if it's a live-action movie. While CG/Animated movie on the other hand,they have to find a way to make a 2-hour movie on this one since KH have many hours of storylines...
