ok its been awhile but im postin another topic this time.  we all know that sora and the other keyblade weilders have clashed before against a number of his forms but he is always ten steps ahead of them lets recap shall we.  he was passed down as heir to the land of departure and took the life of seeker he studied the different abtributes of the worlds namely light and darkness and researched the ancient keyblade war.  he found out about the exsistence of the x-blade  and he mentions this to his old pal eraqus but he wants to hear nothin of it so he goes on his own and adopts an apprentice ventus his plan to use him as a warrior of darkness against one of eraqus' pupils to forge the ancient weapon however ven flatly refuses to embrace the darkness and instead extracts the darkness from the boy to create a being of pure darkness vanitas  who he trains and he could not train ventus and him together because vanitas would strip away what he had left.  so he goes and leaves the boy wit eraqus and he is trained in the way of light thanks to a little help from sora.  he then plans to use the boy and his darkness vanitas to forge the x-blade  while he turns eraqus' pupil terra to the darkness.  seemingly everything goes accoding to plan  ven and vanitas clash and forge the x-blade but not complete ven destroys vanitas and the x-blade and shatters it along wit his heart and what is left of him goes to sora to lie dormant until a time when he can regain himself.  meanwhile terra is possessed by xehanort and after a grueling battle terra tries to fight back but xehanort locks his heart and causes a years long amneisa  aqua saves him from the darkness while she sinks into its depths.  xehanort is found by ansem the wise and soon begin experiments into his heart to try to unlock its mysteries  however this new xehanort shares master xehanorts intrigue into the hearts and darkness and go further in the research then ansem is willing to go xehanort and the other 5 apprentices banish him to the realm of darkness and xehanort soon regains his lost memories and turns the 5 apprentices into heartless and willingly hands himself over to darkness now his heartless ansem and his Nobody xemnas come into being and they each enact a part of xehanorts plans he uses malificent to gather the 7 princesses and then intercedes at just the right moment to try to acheive kingdom hearts meanwhile his nobody xemnas tries to form a group of thirteen darkness in an effort to reforge the x-blade  so he can attain kingdom hearts he also tries to make his own kingdom hearts as well both times he is stopped by sora  he had a contingency plan tho and his heartless went back in time to gather different versions of himself throughout time so that he could have the proper amount of dark beings for his group which is yet to be fully realized.  

 

                                   so with that said what next xehanort like yen sid has said is a deivious tactician its not just a simple bashin wit the keyblade  he can always kind of guess what is bein planned does he have a book of prophecy or does he really know whats goin on at all times to defeat him they will have to outsmart him which sad to say is very difficult.  anyone have an opinion on this as well im very interested to see what happens next

Outsmart him? Why? They just need to defeat him. He alread just wants them to fight. He probably thinks he is strong enough to win. And there isn't anything Sora&Co can do because if they don't fight him he will just go after the 7 princesses. 

its true he wants them to fight but if you look at the story thus far hes always ahead of the curb.  he always plans in case he loses remember blank points when he was disputing wit terra.  "but i am a patient man we can take as long as we need to settle this little property dispute. however know this you are just one of many roads i might choose to take trust me i made certain of that"

In many ways, Xehanort isn't as smart as he thinks. His plans always follow a logical progression, never accounting for the illogical emotions and powers of the heart. It's why Sora has been able to one-up him on so many occassions: he doesn't stick to the script. The big reveal of the plan at the end of DDD, while intended to show Xenahort as a man who's crossed his T's and dotted his I's, ultimately shows why he fails. Xehanort only sees things in terms of power, not how other "unworthy" people can accomplish great things if they have enough heart. Lea, a man who spent the better part of his life being a self centered hitman, develops a conscience, and in spite of being deemed "unworthy," he does the last thing anyone expects and braves the fray to bail out Sora. Donald and Goofy, so often forgotten because they aren't the most powerful or the most wise, manage to save the day simply because their friendship with Sora was great enough that they would charge headfirst into danger in order to save him. 

 

Xehanort does NOT account for everything, only the things that he understands and views as important. Because the man can never understand the concept of friendship and heart, he will never be able to plan in accordance with that.

So the TL;DR of this all is simply: the plot of KH so far, what happens in part 3? Well, Xehanort loses in the end of course. One or more warriors of light will probably die, inspiring the rest Avengers-style, and the perfect plan Xehanort had thought of has some tiny hole in it, allowing the good guys to win. Sora and Kairi get together, Riku becomes the eternal third wheel.

nope, if Sora, Riku, Terra, Aqua or Ventus had failed at any of the things they succeeded at, Xehanort's end plan would have failed. Xehanort's final plan relies on him failing because every attempt to create Kingdom Hearts was a dead end, only his KH3 plan would truly get him what he wants

yeah, his final end all be all plan relies on that, but every plan before that was more like a "if it works then it works" it's just that if it didn't it wouldn't be a wasted effort and would stack the chips towards his final plan...that's Atleast how I interpret it.

no he'd outright fail, the Kingdom Hearts in BBS was the wrong one, same with the one in KH1, and the only purpose for the one in KH2 is similarly useless since if Sora hadn't survived Xehanort would have use improper vessels to create new Xehanorts

Well you know what they a ways say, hindsight is always 20/20. I mean you can say right now that he would outright fail, but to him, these were plans that could possibly succeed, and if they didn't so be it, it doesn't matter, I have another way of doing it that this failed attempt can actually help me with. I mean look at the kingdom hearts in KH1 for example, everyone and their grandmother thought that was the true kingdom hearts, it wasn't, until we found out otherwise that was all the info we as players had to go on. Same goes for xehanort, he thought he could take shortcuts, turned out he couldn't, you don't know unless you try.

It'll be very amusing to see how Sora and the gang one-ups Xehanort this time around.  In the past games, you fought against his Heartless, Ansem, and his Nobody, Xemnas, but now, Sora and the gang will have to face both incarnations plus Xehanort himself and the other Seekers Of Darkness.  Whatever Xehanort has planned this time around, I'm sure it'll be something to see.  And you know, Sora and the gang have no choice, because even if they refuse to fight, Xehanort will simply go after the Princesses Of Hearts, so it's a very sticky situation.  We'll see what happens once Kingdom Hearts III is in our clutches!
