On a mysterious and magical island, kids of different ages, skills, and powers have come on an island for their own reason and have lived there for sometime. But later....Things would start to get serious as a villain by the name of Darkor plans to take over the island for it's mystical secrets. The island holds a number of Stars, Stars that are scattered across the island. In addition, special objects called Star Shards are scattered as well. Small little crystals that are very important as well. If one has all the stars, the being will have the ability to make 2 wishes come true! Plus, if all the Star Shards are gathered as well, the amount of wishes are doubled! And Darkor will stop at nothing to do that.....But little does he know that these kids won't give up easily either....
Prepare yourselves! Protect Young Island and Be the Defenders of Stars!
 
 
This idea was heavily based on Donkey Kong 64! It's humor, exploration, and setting has inspired me to create this. Don't worry! It won't include too much to collect. Now here are the rules!
 
-You have to choose a Nintendo character that's an actual kid. It MUST be REAL. No fanmade stuff! (Yes, Kirby is preferred as a kid for this) 
- The Nintendo kid must be at ages from 6-14 years old.
- I shall allow some romance or other interesting bonds.
- Choose up to 3 characters!
- Please respect each other. Treat this as a fun thing to do, not a competition of skill.

Background: Link liked being an adventurer. Traveling across the world and meeting new people along the way. But there was point where he no where else to go. Until a fairy came to him and suggested to travel to an island called Young Island, said to be mystical place. Luckily for him, Tingle had been around. He offered "Mr. Fairy" on his hot air balloon he made to go to the island. Link, along with Epona, his horse, decided to go to Young Island, where he met some the greatest friends he could ever have.

Background: While in her mansion, Ashley was to cast a spell. But in effect, she accidentally destroyed it. Her friend, Red, transformed to a broom and they searched for somewhere to stay. They had searched far and wide until they found Young Island. Ashley decided to stay there until her mansion is rebuilt.

Personality: Ashley is not the friendliest. She can get easily angry and sometimes shy. She is sometimes cold hearted and is a witch-in-training. But personally, she wants more friends. Ashley is very serious on learning spells and might even test spells on the others! Of course, the same goes for potions. She might even think that you might be the next ingredient....

No. no! This was in celebration of Majora's Mask reboot at the time. He had a lot of fun redesigning Tatl.

(Yes, but it is like someone just had too much of something and exploded with a creepy and crazy video idea. I am never watching that video again, it is just messed up for me.)

I must agree with WakingDawn here.  I kind of had a creepy feeling about the video, thinking that it kind of applied some creepy and disturbing themes.  Of course I don't think there's anything wrong if you like it. : )  I just, well, kind of liked Tatl as she was before her revisions.

Oof, what a tight fit!  I can just imagine twenty people in Link's little treehouse in the Kokiri Forest. : P  Anyhow, if we get to choose where our characters live, I'll opt for Adeleine staying in Ashley's House, and Rief in Link's Treehouse.

Ohh, gotcha!  Sorry about that.  I thought Link's Treehouse and Ashley's House were our two choices, which was fine as well.  Very interesting indeed, and lots of customization.

I like to give the RPers some freedom, but still try to keep it balanced with some limits so it can be an enjoyable experience! BTW, I've been thinking.....Should I start the RP on Friday or Saturday?

That's a good balance to strike up.  I've found that those which are more linear and guided by the host turn out more successful, but it also really depends on the players that one has as well, I think.

 

As for when to start the RP, hmm . . . .  I'm typically unavailable on the weekends so I'd opt for Friday, but you could start it Saturday and I'll try to get my first post in on Monday.  Whichever works best for you. : )

Ah, then I shall set up a house for Villager! (People can room with him if they wish!)Villager, after all, is quite known for his house and the things inside, at least, in Animal Crossing!I vote Saturday, mostly because I'm not sure what I'm doing Friday.

I could see Adeleine rooming with Villager.  She'd make one swell interior designer. : P

 

Regarding the start date: Saturday is quite fine if that's what works best for everyone else.  Normally I try to abstain from the computer on the weekends because I consider it family time, but I  might be able to get a short post in.  Or, like I said, I can easily post on Monday.
