Well... That's odd. I get the same exact error, and I'm from North America! I guess our locations are just not close enough to Japan to get a full reception of the video. •~•

I remember hating this when I was a kid because I couldn't understand english and so I had no idea what to do or where to go.

I suppose I can appreciate it this time though.
