Today marks the day that Club Nintendo has officially been discontinued. Nintendo's new loyalty program will be detailed later this year. Hopefully it will be a good replacement for Club Nintendo.

Good riddence. It wasn't all that great compared to NoJ and even NoE. The most decent stuff was litterally at the end, and even then the others got the coolest stuff. (Captain Toad lamp? About to buy it off someone on ebay)

It was so good to me through out the years, and even though the rewards got bad over time, it did have a nice run before that happened, and it is sad to see it go. But you know what they say, one's ending is another's beginning! So goodbye Club Nintendo, you will always be remembered for what good and bad you did to this world!

Let's just hope the monthly rewards aren't terrible as Club Nintendo had.

To be fair, the issue wasn't that Club Nintendo really had terrible rewards, but that they repeated the same exact rewards way too often. If they had more variety, the last year of its service would have been much better.

Huh, so Club Nintendo was discontinued, then?  Well, I'm sure Nintendo will find something else to replace Club Nintendo quite soon.
