Is definitely when they say "well a previous KH game said this" as if plot points from previous KH games are never changed, expanded on, or turn out to be outright wrong

It's short for retroactive continuity. It's when you go back and change established canon for one reason or another. For example, characters used to call Sora "The Keyblade Master"  but later Keyblade Master became a title in itself and everyone started calling him "Keylbade wielder" or "The Keyblade's Chosen One"

 

The nobodies now can grow their own hearts is a retcon,cuz it was established before that they can't

KH2 didn't hint at anything,if anything the nobodies that displayed emotions could've been special cases which is what was heavily implied

 

And even then that's the smallest of issues with the retcons cuz there are ones that're worse

KH has other retcons, but some people, like yourself, seem like they really want to convince themselves it's worse than it really is

Back on topic:I don't think everyone who brought the problems of those retcons are wrong.If a problem isn't that bad then why many people(counting outside this site mind you) are mentioning them?

 

It's a problem when  said retcons have little to no build up and most of them came out of nowhere making previous elements pointless

Well, if that's the case, then I wouldn't really call Nobodies growing their own hearts one because that's what Xemnas and Co. wanted us to think the whole time.  It doesn't really effect anything, because up until the end of DDD, everyone thought that Nobodies were by definition beings without hearts.  Nothing is going to erase that.  We just got some new information that defines a Nobody as a being that entered the world without a heart.  Not completely nullified.
