Is it the 16th of August we will hear more Kingdom Hearts 3 information?

Posted

Will it be on 16th August this month that we will hear more information on Kingdom Hearts 3?

D23 actually starts on the 14th of August, so maybe on the 14th.

I would assume so, even though it starts at the 14th the kingdom hearts event is on the 16th. We might get an interview or something beforehand but there won't be much till the 16th.

The Disney Interactive event is on Sunday, so yes, the soonest we'll hear about KH3 news is the 16th.

I hope so too! I can't wait it as well.

Well we know that's definitely the latest we can hear it anyway, which is a good sign :) It would be pretty funny if they just said something like "We just want you to know Kingdom Hearts 3 is still being developed, we haven't given up on it!" or something

We MIGHT hear something on the 14th or 15th, but like others have already said, the presentation itself will be on the 16th. The only problem is that there is no live streaming, so we are completely reliant on those in attendance to share the info with us. We probably won't know all the info until the days following the 16th when the attendees have had time to upload pictures, videos, and whatnot.

Is it just me cause I remember Nourma confirmed a new world reveal at D23?

Confirmation or not, a new world reveal would easily be doable since he stated there's a lot more they could have shown if they had the time. I think there will be at least one new world reveal in both countries D23 presentations.

I could be completely wrong about this, but I believe there are a few Disney fan sites that upload live streams of some the events, so we may be able to watch it live. Even if not, if a trailer is shown, then Square will most likely upload it to YouTube shortly after the presentation, like they did with E3 and D23 Japan 2013 :)

Be patient, it'll arrive sooner than you think.

the 16th is when my bus pass expires, that must be a sign

By the time Kingdom Hearts 3 is out, a bus pass would be futile.

Yes. We will most likely NOT hear anything gaming related on the 14th or 15th. The gaming presentation (Disney Interactive) is scheduled for August 16th at 11am local time. During this presentation Disney will show off upcoming gaming projects including Disney Infinity 3.0, Star Wars Battlefront, and Kingdom Hearts III. Square Enix will probably present last for hype purposes.
