Posted September 17, 201510 yr Do you think Mickey decided to reveal some secrets to Sora, because he brought up seeing the king in a dream of Traverse Town? Also, I bet it involves what he said to Data-Sora before heading to Castle Oblivion. Something about being "there that day".
September 17, 201510 yr It's probably just going to fill in the gap between BBS and 1, the biggest hole in the series. Especially since 1 is the original, and BBS is newer, it's hard to connect the two.
September 18, 201510 yr In the original Kingdom Hearts (1), Kingdom Hearts led to the Realm Of Darkness. Maybe that was Aqua that opened it (to escape the Realm of Darkness), however, Mickey had to have it shut at the time as there were too many heartless ravaging in the Realm of Darkness with the help of Riku. The consequence of saving Sora, Donald and Goofy was that he prevented Aqua's freedom.

September 18, 201510 yr This... This is very intriguing.. Well, I see it as Mickey suffering from two extremes. Either help Aqua and have Heartless consume all worlds to Darkness, or, save Sora, Donald and Goofy and lose Aqua as a friend.
September 18, 201510 yr I think it includes the reason why he couldn't rescue Aqua from the Realm of Darkness. We know from Re:coded that Mickey and Yen Sid know Aqua's location, and that's only possible if Mickey met her there. My opinion is that something happened when Mickey and Aqua were near the exit of the Realm, and it ended with the gate closed before Aqua could leave. Back then when I thought BBSv2 was going to be a full game, I imagined the story was about Aqua meeting a little kid Keyblade wielder (I imagined a girl), and Aqua would teach her how to use the Keyblade while they traveled in the Realm of Darkness. I think I aso imagined her being the wielder of the Kingdom Key D, but I'm not sure. Anyway, sometime after they met Mickey, some new enemy related to Xehanort showed up, transformed the kid into a Heartless or some other thing, and Aqua chose to stay in the Realm of Darkness to find a way to bring the girl back. Now that it has been announced the game will be a "short episode" it's a bit unrealistic to think it'll introduce any new characters, so I don't how Mickey would get a Keyblade of the RoD, which I think was the reason I imagined there being another Keyblade wielder lost in there.
September 18, 201510 yr Well, I see it as Mickey suffering from two extremes. Either help Aqua and have Heartless consume all worlds to Darkness, or, save Sora, Donald and Goofy and lose Aqua as a friend. That is a very plausible idea, but I think Aqua would choose to stay so that Sora can move on rather than Mickey deciding.
September 19, 201510 yr I'm sorry but I keep seeing people say it was confirmed this will be a "short episode." When and where was this confirmed?
September 19, 201510 yr I'm sorry but I keep seeing people say it was confirmed this will be a "short episode." When and where was this confirmed? people are just saying that because they think it's going to be short, just like a demo.
September 19, 201510 yr people are just saying that because they think it's going to be short, just like a demo. Okay that's what I figured. Yeah this will be a demo in the sense that we get to play a game that has the same look as KH3 but people need to understand this is a new title, not a demo. The length is undetermined as of now.
September 19, 201510 yr That is a very plausible idea, but I think Aqua would choose to stay so that Sora can move on rather than Mickey deciding. I was wondering about this. I mean Aqua has have been doing something these past twelve years or however long it's been for her. The more heartless she fights there, the less shows up in the light realm. What she's been doing has to made a difference somehow. That being said, the question now is, does she know something we don't. I could hardly see her choosing to stay in the RoD unless she felt she was needed there. Wouldn't she have come back for Terra and Ven if that wasn't the case?

Wouldn't she have come back for Terra and Ven if that wasn't the case?Exactly! She needs to be with Sora in order to get to Ventus and to retrieve Terra, however, like you said, she must have a reason to be in the Realm of Darkness. Only time will tell!
September 19, 201510 yr That is a very plausible idea, but I think Aqua would choose to stay so that Sora can move on rather than Mickey deciding. But here's an extension of my theory, Aqua was unaware of Sora and Ansem SoD on the other side. From her perspective, all Aqua seen was Mickey closing her only escape. Mickey would want to go back to save her again and make amends, however, Aqua seen the action as Mickey betraying her. Edited September 19, 201510 yr by Guest

September 19, 201510 yr That's pretty dark, lol. Do you think she'd despise Mickey for it? Definitely, she's lonely in the Realm of Darkness and that was her only way out to save Ven and Terra.
September 19, 201510 yr But here's an extension of my theory, Aqua was unaware of Sora and Ansem SoD on the other side. From her perspective, all Aqua seen was Mickey closing her only escape. Mickey would want to go back to save her again and make amends, however, Aqua seen the action as Mickey betraying her. But if Aqua saw Mickey closing the door, she should've met him and Riku in the RoD, right? Aqua and Mickey were friends and if I saw that my friend closed the only way to escape I would at least ask him why he did that. So Mickey could've actually explained it to her, and I'm sure Aqua would understand that.
September 19, 201510 yr Definitely, she's lonely in the Realm of Darkness and that was her only way out to save Ven and Terra.Mickey is going to get roasted by Aqua then.

Mickey would want to go back to save her again and make amends, however, Aqua seen the action as Mickey betraying her. What makes you think Aqua was even there when Mickey and Riku closed the door? If Aqua and Mickey did meet, it's much more likely that they met while Mickey was trying to find a why to get to Riku in Castle Oblivion or before the end of KH while he was searching for the Kingdom Key D. The second one is more plausible since she didn't know about Sora until she met Ansem the Wise.

Hopefully she isn't as angry though, unless RoD corrupted her? I guess we'll see.

The second one is more plausible since she didn't know about Sora until she met Ansem the Wise. Well, she may have seen Mickey's silhouette in the realm of darkness, and, she thought that Mickey was there to rescue her. She signals Mickey and Mickey sees her thus signaling back. Unfortunately, she then sees the Mickey silhouette closing the door and immediately assumes that Mickey betrayed her. I agree more with this theory. Hopefully she isn't as angry though, unless RoD corrupted her? I guess we'll see. Well, it would add tension to the 7 guardians of light. It'd be an interesting story arc.
