Seeing as Treasure Planet has a high likelyhood of appearing in KH3, it hit me (plot wise) as to why this world could have an importance in the series. Seeing as Maleficent will have more of a presence (hopefully), she's more than likely to form a new group of villains. The reason why Treasure Planet could be of importance is because of how easily it could be tied to Maleficent's plans. If she possesed the map to access the portal that's featured in the movie, she could use it to instantly spread darkness into all the worlds at a flick of her wrist, I feel like if she finds out about it, she's going to want it. So here's the way I see it, Silver joins Maleficent's group of villains and Maleficent tasks him with retrieving the map so that she can consume all the worlds with darkness. As we know in the film, Silver is after one thing and that's the treasure. So he would follow through his plot line as he did in the movie trying to reach treasure planet, in it soley for himself until he begins to show a softer side to him due to Jim, which could lead to a conversation between Maleficent and Silver (replacing the conversation between Silver and his crew in which Jim learns the truth of Silver's motives) where she questions Silver's loyalty and the darkness in his heart and warns him of growing "soft" to Jim. Now that I see it in my head, I just really need this to come true!
