In the new Kingdom Hearts 3 pic of Sora, Donald and Goofy in the new Buzz lightyear blaster ride, I'm just wondering which world they are in?

 

 

Could they be on the grass outside the mysterious tower?

 

I do like the starry night sky behind them.

 

Or could this be a new world?

My first impression was Mysterious Tower, but it could very well be another world

Looks like the outside of Yen Sid's Mysterious Tower. I have no idea wether or not it will be it's own world like in BBS or linked in Twilight Town like in KH2. But if I'm write then that would mean there will be more heartless to fight there and there weren't many to start, with the exception of the first time you meet Pete there in KH2

I believe this is the Tangled world

Mysterious Tower, look at the alignment of the trees. Also, remember that if this specific scan was in the trailer, then it's not a new world as there weren't any revealed for KH3.

What makes you think it's part of the Tangled world?

It is the Mysterious Tower. The bushes are separated quite similarly to past games.

Whatever world it is, I know I'm going to be staring alot at that sky. It looks so amazing.

It's Mysterious Tower alright. Looking at the landscape and how it cuts off and goes into void is reason number 1 and seeing many stars is what Yen Sid did in BbS and the rest of the games so that's reason number 2.
