Posted November 10, 20159 yr The game devs are ACTUALLY giving people fake sick notes to help you get out of school/work just to play Fallout 4. I wonder how many people are actually going to use this and realize it won't work? Edited November 10, 20159 yr by Tails
November 10, 20159 yr well if everyone is having as long as in installation that I am (been over 20 minutes and only at 5%) that by the time they get back from work or school then it MIGHT be done installing
November 10, 20159 yr This one I don't mind as much. It actually has some thought and wit put into it, which I appreciate very much. X)
November 10, 20159 yr Or they can just release their games during the weekend and not have to worry about this. I'm so happy that Xenoblade X is being released on a Friday, gives me a whole weekend to explore Mira.

But hey, at least I don't have to worry about waiting for the game even longer. But I'mglad that Xenoblade Chronicles X is being released on a weekend. That will be a game I can buy the minute my GameStop store opens.

To be honest, I never really got the point in releasing games on a weekday in the first place. There might be some sort of monetary purpose behind it, but it gets a little frustrating for fans. For as much criticism as Nintendo gets these days, I'm happy they release all of their games on Fridays. I just wish that Xenoblade X would get a midnight release at GameStop.
November 10, 20159 yr I mean... it's a joke. It's literally a PR stunt on Twitter. Anyone dumb enough to try to actually use it as a sick note probably can't actually read. Or they can just release their games during the weekend and not have to worry about this. I'm so happy that Xenoblade X is being released on a Friday, gives me a whole weekend to explore Mira. Worth noting not everyone gets weekends off. I have the kind of job where more often than not I'm working Saturday or Sunday, often both. I guess if you're still in school then it's easier on you that way, but for a lot of people a Friday release date is no better.
November 10, 20159 yr So I played a good hour or two on XB1 (bought and installed digitally a few days back). It started up and within seconds I was playing the game. My cousin bought the digital version on PS4. It took forever to install and even has another installation still running for it (that's taking even longer).
