    Tonight (where I am). What time it will be remains a mystery. I suggest watch up until they show it.

    I would say just watch Square Enix's live stream and watch it there (details are on the home page as to when it starts), and the English version should follow soon after on YouTube.  Keep your eye on both YouTube and the Kingdom Hearts Twitter account throughout the live stream though.
