Were you satisfied with the HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue/ Kingdom Hearts III Jump Festa trailer?

 

Heck yeah I was!

Maybe if it wasn't the same area's shown in every kh3 trailer i would have cared but it was overall quite underwhelming.

Anyways, on a sidenote, the models in yensid's room of mickey and gang are really making me realize how shitty the art direction is right now. Though it will never happen, I wish they'd just give up this whole cartoony look and make the characters look realistic like in the opening scenes in the main KH titles; you know, the realistic final fantasy look. Or adleast make them feel solid like regular KH titles, I mean it doesn't show as much on the human characters but with Mickey it's all-too apparent.

 

These models just look way too...unpolished and kiddish.

Mind you, this is like the litmus test for developing the graphics and they might not be done yet with them anyway because there is still much time left before release.

Yeah I've definitely kept that in mind, which is why I'm not super hung up on them. Just hoping however the end product turns out, it still feels like "Kingdom Hearts" and not disney infinity or something.

Have hope and confidence in Nomura to provide. Also, make sure to remember this is brand new technology that they are dealing with and keep in mind how long they have been using it. Have faith that Kingdom Hearts and Nomura will not fail you.

To be honest, the less story they show us in KH3, the better.

 

 

I absolutely loved it! I am very satisfied. But now I'm wondering... What emotional scene is everyone talking about?

 

The one that was shown to those who went to D23, the scene showed all the main characters (Sora, Roxas, Xion, Terra, Lea...) together doing whatever

 

Yeah I was! I didn't know that was shotlock. I probably forgot about shotlock since I have played the original BBS game in a while. 

 

But man, I don't think that little Heartless is the Yellow Opera. Everything was going fast but, I think I saw something surrounding the little yellow Heartless.

Those weren't Yellow Operas, look at them closely, they're not completely yellow, and they're quite big. Also that surrouding thing was part of it's attack, and the pink ones had it too, but red. The surrounding thing is like a weapon, or at least that's what I saw, he attacked Sora with it and Sora blocked it.

More than satisfied. I wish people would stop whining when they don't get what they want. We got starved in 2014 and now that we're actually getting things people are complaining it's not good enough? Like get a freaking grip and be grateful?

I was kinda dissatisfied. 2.8 doesn't really interest me tbh and there wasn't that much new kh3 content... It was nice to get a trailer, but it didn't get me hyped. I would've wanted to see more story related content but I guess they don't want to reveal much just yet.
