Should I tell my feelings to a girl and give her a giftbag straight up, or ask to be my valintents day? I asked about on khinsider and they were a bit harsh. So warm welcome are nice.

Well it's more I know her since November. Too shy to talk to her.

Well, that all depends on how this girl feels about you.  Do the two of you hang out often?  Are you two close friends?  Does she like spending time with you?  These are important questions to note.  But, if this is a girl you've yet to talk to, I suggest you tread carefully.  Give it a shot, but be ready for anything, ya know?  That way, you don't have to set expectations!  Hopefully, this girl you have feelings for shall end up liking you too, so I wish you the best of luck!

You can try and give her a little gift bag and ask, but maybe ask first and then give the little gifts? I'm sure your heart is in the right  place but she might be pressured by the gifts I dunno though.
