OK, so I've been examining people's reputation report lately.It has occured to me that some members are like "heres a rep for nothing" or "heres a rep to make you even" Not to sound mean or anything, that sounds like a insult to me like they didn't deserve the rep. I think we should describe exactly WHY we gave the person the rep, not like "heres a rep for nothing" or "heres a rep to make u even".

Oh great. Now we want to change rep. Haven't we been through this with the post count?

 

There's no reason to complain. It's just a number. A number that isn't going to affect anything but a person's view of their fellow member's behavior. It's fine as it is.

 

If I want to give someone rep to bump it up or because I feel like it, I can. It's my decision. No one should take my right to rep anyone (of course that doesn't mean insult someone). Let's be honest here: do you care? I hope not. Because if you do, then it probably just mean you aren't getting rep or someone's rep is higher than yours, and you make an excuse to get what you want.

 

I remember when someone complained about post count. It was just a number, but when he sees that the Random forum has lots of spam in it, and we're getting some post counts off of it, he decides to take action. He got his wish. But it was damn ridculous wish. Don't make me have to see that again.

Does it really matter?

To me at least rep is just a green number.

I really don't care if someone has 1 rep or 100 rep

I say ditch rep and add a friends list. that would be much more fun.

I really don't understand why everyone is making such a big deal about it. You get a number. Yay. I feel so fulfilled in life now.

 

It makes no difference how many or how few rep count you have. Seriously.

Except when people go through KH13, repping people they've never even met before, just so they can get some back.
