I haven't been following the Nostalgia Critic's content lately, for personal reasons, but considering what's been going down with YouTube for what seems like eons now, this takes precedent as it involves a very serious topic.

 

 

I may not be a content creator, but even if I was one, I wouldn't want to deal with this malarkey either. I know there's a lot of buzz and responses about this already, but I just wanted this forum/site to get the message straight from the horse's mouth.

 

In short: YouTube be stoopid. In terms of fair use, that is... okay, maybe in other ways too, but mostly fair use. So let's do something about it. Anything, really.

 

 

The day Twitch gives the same upload system as YouTube (albeit without the copyright abuse) is the day YouTube will come to realise the errors of its ways!

Watched this earlier today... very insightful. This is a very important topic, although I'm  not a content creator and thus don't know very much about it.
