I don't have a Youtube account, so you're asking the wrong person here xD

You could try that, but with the way YouTube works it may just still get a strike. :/

Peace!

okay, I'll try

You can try watermarking your videos. Since usually the strikes are by bots, it can protect you.

I myself don't upload videos, but it works for some people.

you need sony vegas to pitch the music i am picth all my music on sony vegas when i am make mmd video

There's nothing you really can do. People can abuse the system without consequence whether you're using fair content or not. It's just something we have to accept.

For video, even walkthroughs, try flipping the video: use WMM (Or what ever system you have) to mirror it. And either turn the music off, or mute the whole game and add new stuff.

Hope that helped, somehow

Pfffft, nothing! YouTube is run by moneygrubbing monkeys, they'll delete anything they feel like. At this stage of the game it would almost be safer to just watch other people until either A) YouTube gets it's shit together, or B) a new or already existing streaming site becomes bigger, better, and much more fair and blows YouTube out of the water.

In all honesty though you should do whatever you feel like, so post videos at your own discretion. Ideally you shouldn't have to do all those things to avoid any kind of copyright claim, but if you can take whatever measures you can to avoid that it's probably best. That way if anything does happen it just makes them look all the more wrong for doing it in the first place, worst case scenario.

Seriously tho, they need to get it together otherwise we're going to see another Blockbuster vs. Netflix thing happen, and we all know who came out on top after that.

No we don't have to accept it we have to fight it

Okay, try fighting YouTube, because it's going to do absolutely nothing. They don't give a flying f*ck what anyone thinks. They could care less.

Nothing much you can do with the way YT is.

Do you have commentary? Most videos that do not have commentary get taken down quickly.
