Bravely Default and it's sequel Bravely Second (If you live in Europe then it's already out. If you live the US then you have to wait until April 15th) are great games

Final Fantasy IV is such an amazing game, and I'm sure you'd love it!  It's my favorite numbered Final Fantasy, it's just so epic! X_X  Chrono Trigger is also a good game to check out!  I played it recently, and it's definitely pretty good!

Any Square Enix game is worth a shot. I can't believe no one has recommended The World Ends With You.

Also FFX and FFVII, don't forget about FFIV, V and VI either, along woth IV's sequel!

 

VIII and IX were very succesful, but they weren't as great in my opinion (especially VIII).

 

 

Apart from FF, you've got Dragon Quest, Valkirie Profile, Just Cause and many other amazing SE games
