you know the person who scolded me by saying that it is wrong for me to buy the ps3 version of tales of zestiria, well he tried to state it as a fact by saying that money has value, so I shouldn't buy a game that I've played at least once on a different console because the pc version of the game crashed on me. He also said that I should wait a few years to buy the game again on a different console because money has value. The thing is that the fact that it wasn't the only reason why I got the game. I got the game to let's play it. Who wants to force themselves to wait a few years just to let's play a game? That's just ridiculous. It's true that money has value, but I feel like what he was trying to say felt just wrong. I should be able to buy any game I want over and over again with no problem without having to wait years just to play it again

You can do what you want with your own money. Even if you bought the same game 10 times, that's no one else's business but yours (if it's your money of course )

Also it doesn't really make any sense to wait a few years before you buy a game, I mean nothing would change then

He's right about the value of money, that I cannot deny, but he is wrong to think that he can scold you for what you do with yours. You wanted to buy the game, that's fine. People can make recommendations as to not to buy the game, but they sure can't force you. Also, the "money has value" argument seems to be overused here and it seems to be the only argument he's got. You need not concern yourself with him. Your money. You do what you want with it.

Dude! It's your money and it's up to you how to spend it.

Never let anyone stop you from doing what YOU really want.

Don't let what other people say get to you!  If you want to get the game again, only you can stop yourself!  But hey, if you want to get the game again, that's no problem at all!  As long as you enjoy the game to death, that's what counts!

You can't let people tell you what to do with your life. Plus, you should just do what you will and what is right in your eyes and not let someone tell you what to do nor should you let your world go upside down just because someone acted like a smarty pants and seek counsel on how to handle it. Do what you think is right and don't allow people to tell you how to use your money.
