Zarya's great once you figure out how to use her. She's a bit more offense based than Reinhardt, and you want to keep her closer to the people on offense than the ones on defense, since she can shield from a distance.

I dunno, I feel like Reinhardt is almost entirely attack-based (or maybe that's just how I play him). I use the shield usually to defend the payload or to help my teammates stay out of the line of fire
